Are you after a seat on the board by any chance, you'd fit in just fine with this rhetoric.
He's (Deyres) just an apologist for Corney imho

Presumably the person that owners the land pocketed it? Who else?
WHO IS THAT CLEVER DICK?
-
How many houses are there on the land already? At say 40k ? per plot cost to builder. Who has pocketed money from these land sales? How much did NHS pay for Sheepfoot Lane site?

Just caught up with this thread - and it's nice to see the facts (as detailed on another thread) of "mowergate" have now been cleared up. Credit to underdog for holding her hands up too - gracious of you.
I have been somewhat slagged off by some on here for some reason. All I ever asked for was the facts - and as we now have them, this was indeed a nothing story.
Someone has said that I am trying to undermine the Trust. No I`m not - I want it to be a professional, powerful voice for the supporters. Nobody from the Trust should involve themselves in tittle tattle - it reflects badly. The Trust is a great initiative - but I just think it needs to refocus and become a positive force for the good of the fans of the club. Two cracking wins - we are staying up - let's build a real head of steam ready for the start of next season and get some more fans back through the gate. That should be the Trust's number one priority in my view.
Please stop catching up and just keep up .

I've always been negative towards Corney, well for 4 or 5 years at least. Will has always shot me down not just on here but in person and has defended the club to the hilt.
He isn't an optimist, nor a pessimist. He Is a realist who considers facts before speaking. If he is speaking there is a reason he is doing so and a genuine reason to be concerned.
Such a message is hard to deliver in the written form
Phill .....is this a cryptic message ....who is Will?

Yeah, that bit me on the arse. Dembele was strangely off the pace which saved hi.. How that wasn't a pen at the end I'll never know
Nailed on penalty.

I have seen many players surprisingly converted to different positions in my time, never rule it out.
So have I reckon we must be same age.
-
JS seems concerned by Holloway's lack of goals.
I'm going to start some controversy here by suggesting he might eventually be converted to a centre back.
What you been drinking ? You're normally on the ball.
-
I wonder if JS might spring a surprise on Bury and start with Ngoo instead of Holloway? not my pick just a thought.
If he's rejuvenated we might also see Chris Taylor back.
Can't help wondering why anyone would wonder that.

Wrongly, the 3 Companies do not even have common owners.
Are you Simon? ....they all emanate from the same source. What a smoke screen you are
creating. We need Mr Keegan on your case lol.

Not sure I agree.
The information presented was to give be an indication of the level of investment made into the club and operating profits.
The sale of an asset of potentially considerable value from one of the companies that make up the "club", and income from it, is relevant to that subject.
If for arguments sake, the sale of the land for houses / car parking etc, recouped £4m. Has that figure been included or excluded from the net losses quoted?
Put much more eloquently than I could . Thanks

sorry scapegoat pressed wrong button mreant to upboat

The land price for the houses is sweet fa to do with us anyway.
I'll wait for the episode of Dragons' Den
If you can;t see the significance then it's not for me to enlighten you.
-
I don't think selling price minus cost of land equals profit
It does if you are just selling the land the rest is up to the builder.
-
Does anyone know the cost of land with planning permission to build homes in our area? Could it be as high as 45k per dwelling?
-
I can't help feeling that we've all been conned or should i say corneyed.
-
Something up his sleeve here, hope it's good news.
More like a hard luck story of a plan by 3m's that misfired.
