Learn from experience? That's exactly my point it's not fair to Tarkowski to keep putting him in the firing line without any improvement. For a 19 year old he's got a great attitude and commitment and I like and respect that. However, it's on the training ground and in the reserves he needs to learn not in games like tonight. I'm optimistic about the season even though I'm like most of us and scared after over 30 years as a season ticket holder.

Honestly I don't want to pick on anyone but I'm really bored of the excuse that their young so give them time. Technically he's OK but can't defend and what concerns me doesn't look like he will or the coaching staff can assist him. I really hope I'm wrong.

How poor is he as a defender? He really can't defend and whilst he's young he doesn't look like he's improved at all.

Where abouts? I lived on Wharncliffe I have since moved but I am still in Hadfield.

There's me, my two lads and my Dad who all live in Hadfield. All four us are season tickets holders.

I don't think ref's show red cards to managers they just point them to the stands. I suppose we'll just have to wait for the "refs reports" but it was very early in the game and normally a manager is sent off after a couple of warnings. Whatever, Shez could be in bother given the incidents at Vale and Bradford last season. From the Lookers it looked as though Tommy Wright was trying to say it was him that had said something maybe trying to save Shez from further bother. I also noticed Alan Hardy make an appearance down to the touchline and have a word at one point.

It's not Neiladamsheadband as Neiladamsheadband sits on row B Although I can confirm about the losing bit!!! Regarding Allott I thought he was much better once he went into the middle of the park which, to be fair, is probably his favoured position. Not sure whether it's already been mentioned but credit to Shezza for his subs yesterday which I thought really brought us back into the game.
