  1. Vince Vaughan as Norman Bates in the pointless remake of psycho.

Oooh I liked that film. If u watch closely, when Anne Heche falls over in the famous shower scene you can see her asshole! I couldn't believe the editors had missed it! I loved that!

Sorry, does that make me weird?

  2. The final episode of series 4, (or was it second to last?) was my favourite. When chicken man goes to see wheelchair ding ding man at the nursing home. (I'm being vague just in case some have you haven't got that far). When he comes out of the room and straightens his tie. Wow, just wow.

  3. One thing I will add is walk! I've been a few times and done the underground, which is great but you miss so much. Walked from Central Park down to battery park one day and saw so much stuff that would have normally missed. You can plan a route and see something 'famous' pretty much every block!

Kebabs from street vendors. Just awesome. Think they're more like gyros or whatever the Eastern European kebab thing is. Still damn tasty though.

Further to what was said earlier about going up the Rockefeller. Last time I went I did that, so my photos have the Empire State in them. Much better than being at the top of the empire and having the Rockefeller in your pics (IMO).....

  4. what films have been badly miscast in you views

    starter from me

5'4" 13 stone midget Tom Cruise playing 6'8" 16 stone man mountain Jack Reacher in the recent Reacher film just doesent sit right to an avid reader of the books .

It's sad but you would be amazed at how big of a rant I go on when anybody brings this up in conversation! Although to be fair it wasn't a bad film.....

Ha ha, I likey. Sons of Apathy......

Can't get online at the mo but a mate says he picks people up in his chopper, flies them out to sea, then parachutes out and switches off his system. So then they have to swim all the way back or switch off. Cruel, but funny all the same. And apparently the character mouths move if your speaking into a headset, which is just damn clever.

Anyone seen the great white shark yet?

  6. Isn't it lost 4 and drawn 1 in the last 5 now? It doesn't matter how much we like LJ, or how well we appear to be playing, or how unlucky we are. It's terrible form, and were lucky that there's a few teams playing worse than us at the moment.

Happy clappers or doomongers. It's a worrying run that we don't appear to be looking like getting out of any time soon.

And as for slagging each other off on here over differing opinions? What are you, 12 years old? Come on fellas, you're better than that.

  7. What was the outcome of the derker idea? I remember it being mooted when the failsworth thing was being bounced around.

Big enough site, farmers could be bribed to sell a bit if required. There will never be a golf course there in the memory of man. It's on a main road. Has a metrolink stop. The area could do with regenerating. It's nowhere near man :censored:ty. It's an OL1 postcode for the purists. If done correctly roads come go directly from the 'site' to ripponden road at moorside as well as onto Higginshaw lane.

It sounds perfect? Almost too perfect?

  8. 12-3 home win.

Latics concede 3 penalties in 20 minutes 1st half, the third of which Oxley is given a straight red for a two-footed studs-up challenge. Rooney silences his critics with a brace, whilst JCH runs amok with a 7 goal haul. Tarkowski hatrick. Dayton has two goals disallowed for apparantly no genuine reason, whilst Sidney is ruled offside for every single through-ball Korey Smith plays. LDJ sobs uncontrollably at the full time whistle, held tightly in the comforting arms of Billy Quarmby.

    :applause1:

Does Billy whisper Awooga.... in his ear?
