A few years back we had a cultural visit to Peterborough. Before the football and a few beers we paid a visit to the cathedral. I know, but it is worth it and we still had a beer or three after the game!

Last season we had an overnight stay in Worthing. Great cheap hotel from late rooms, and lots of great little boozers selling real ale (as well as the hotel!)

Oh yes please Barry. I do have my opinions and after watching 45 years I feel sure I have the odd point to make and can advise the new manager of our good and bad points. I await your acceptance.

I'm just peed off that I'll be somewhere near Greenwich at about 7.45pm next Tuesday.

The last 3 games, we have had 3 stonewall penalties not given. These decisions could be the difference between us finishing 20th and 21st...surely we are due a referee who is at least half decent on tuesday!

It should be pretty plain sailing really, those 80 of us who went to Notts County get a free ticket and the rest of you can fight amongst themselves

Hi Chaps. Wow that Owl is good. Not only can he score against Tranmere's Keeper (I did not see our boys doing that) He came third in the mascot race and before the Crewe game I saw him in a Public House win EVERY game of pool!!! (mind you the contenders were not too good (Kenny!).

I know that this season our match referee has been crucial to the outcome of the game. (last weeks IMO had large stadium syndrome!).

Saturdays referee is Scott Duncan from Northumberland, new to the list in 2012/2013. Last year he was in the Conference and in 2012/2013 he has done 6 games, all in League 2. Ours is his first League 1 game - lets hope he gets it right!

Plus 2 - It's not the game that counts, it's just an excuse to go to that dam good chippy on Gresty Road.

It would be nice though to go back up the M6 with the 3 points!

All credit goes to our fan who in the second half kept taking the pi*s out of their keeper, he was our 12th man.

There are 3 of us going in the car.

The football expensive as it is will be third on Tuesday, first off there is a fantastic Fish and Chip shop at Seaton Carew a couple miles down the coast and second there are plenty of decent pubs selling cheap real ale in the town centre.

Far too much conjecture, speculation and bull:censored: being posted on here. Those that claim to be in the know, should just keep their powder dry and let the people who are actually working on securing whatever future we have, get on with it.

 

There's jack :censored: either you, me or our bloody trust can do on this one at the moment, it's way out of our league. The only way we can help is to back off and let the powers that be give it their best shot.

 

There's still a possibility that the council may be able to assist with some sort of short term safety net, failing that then the only other viable option at the minute would seem to be the Regional Athletics Stadium. There ain't a Football ground that's a viable option for one reason or another, so unless some friggin delerious billionaire rolls up, I'm afraid the best thing we can do at the moment is shut the up and leave it to those that are empowered to act, act!!!!
