    another rumor doing the rounds is that the TTA have sold the club to some wealthy QUATARI ARAB for around 8 million and big joe is leaving oldham after the walsall game. The unnamed arab was at the southend game and then had a meeting with corney and blitz in the LOWRY hotel.

    i was sat in the upper main stand and the incident was 2 rows in front of us, after leeds had scored their goal the so-called fan jumped up to celebrate and telling oldham fans to :censored: off, he new what he was doing and being oldham supporter all my life i wanted him out just like the others around him. we give him a few pushes and slaps but the stewards was in there within minutes of it happening.

    got to say its a very hard topic this one... we love shez cos of what he did for us as a player, but as everyone knows its a hard step up to become a manager i think thats why we should look for an outsider for the job
