Both good goalkeepers at this level, and I'd be happy with either in goal. I'd probably pick Bouzanis given the choice though.

It's hard to split the Liverpool final whistle and the Everton equaliser. I think it's got to be Liverpool, because 1) We won and 2) I really, really, really dislike Liverpool, which made it even sweeter

Preston away was probably as low as I've felt as a Latics fan, I was absolutely convinced we were down after that.

One of Dickov's biggest mistakes in my opinion was never bringing in an experienced number two. This is another encouraging sign.

It'll be interesting to see what he can do with a summer's preparation behind him. My main worry when he was appointed was that he wouldn't have enough time to get acquainted with the managerial role, but he seems to have settled in pretty much straight away, which is encouraging. I normally dislike the constant chopping and changing of players every summer at this club, but for once I think we really need a clear out and for LJ to bring his own players in and build his own squad. Exciting times ahead, hopefully.

It's :censored:e. We pay scandalous prices for the pleasure of sitting in atmosphere-less and often soulless stadiums watching, in our case, terrible football. The people running the game in this country couldn't give a toss about the ordinary fan and continually screw them over (see the FA Cup final kick off time for recent evidence). I'm growing more and more disillusioned by the game in this country every season.

Simpson has put in good performances against Forest, Liverpool and Everton. How is it then that he hasn't managed three performances like that all season in the league? He's not interested. I'd have no hesitation in getting rid at the end of the season.

I'd happily drive him to another club. And I don't have a license. In fact I can't even drive.

I think Barnard is overrated....he's come from a premiership club and played championship earlier he should be showing us more than he has......wouldn't be sorry if he left at the end of the season to be honest.

Overrated how? Like any striker he needs service, of which he's had none. He'll be leaving at the end of the season anyway, but we aren't going to attract many strikers with a better pedigree at this level than him.

That's what he's best at, coming on as an impact sub. And he should stay as that for the remaining games.

I believe the correct terminology by the yoiung ruffians of today is sikk (sic) it might be sickk (sic) but I have also seen it spelt sicck (sic) [hard to do as it keeps error correcting sick (sic)) so basically kids cant spell sick, and the Waterhead bakery sells Sick Pies.

I went to college in South Manchester, and the terminology for something being good there was 'cold'. So technically they're selling cold pies.
