    I have seen lots of comments and very good emails being sent to various councillors today.... brilliant. Do we need to have a standard well thought out email that we send to the planning committee and also the chron. If so can somebody thats good at writing these post one for us all to use

    I've been looking at the Council website to try and understand the Constitution and also the Complaints Procedure The code of conduct says Members should not place themselves in situations where their honesty and integrity may be questioned, should not behave improperly and should on all occasions avoid the appearance of such behaviour.

    Puts the blame squarely at Bashforth and Harrison. Is there some form of "professional competence" councillors have to achieve. Other than elections there must be another way they are accountable for there actions.
