  1. I agree alot of them are crooks but when people don't even bother to learn who their MP is or find out about them it is easy for them to be bent. Put a cross next to Lab/Con irrelevent of who they are is what to many do. I very, very strongly disagree with all this bull:censored: parachuting of crooks into safe seats. MPs should by law have a full and proper connection with the seat they represent. That alone should help reduce the amount of crooks and actually bring in people who may care or have some accountability.
  2. Channel 4 despatches should be highly embarrasing for 4 labour MPs tonight. In my view they should all be arrested for corruption since they have been caught in the act willing to accept cash for influence and legislation changes.
  3. It may be poor now, but it was poor under Joe for the bit he took, and poor under shez near the end. Why not accept it is poor because there is no money in the pot. It got spent with shez going for promotion and there is nowt left. That is why it is poor because we can't afford to bring in anyone with even an ounce of talent.
  4. Not decided who to vote for as the main 3 all look crap to me. We need a new one with all the self serving crap cleared out On the 15% rates it was to do with ERM as per this on Wiki and it is a reminder of why we should avoid the Euro to be honest http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Wednesday Lol's on the Penney poster
  5. What would be even more radical would be if the players on the pitch looked like they actually gave a damn about the team, club, or fans. Unfortunately lower league football seems to be getting worse each year with players attitudes getting worse and at the price on the gate it is no wonder so many don't think it is worth it anymore. I know I get alot more enjoyment watching my lads footy team than latics and have for the last couple of seasons.
  6. How easy the labour bunch forget. Labour have 3 times left this country bankrupt and broken leading to IMF intervention and currency collapses. Of course these things happen the months after they had gone leaving the next lot forced to sort the total mess out. 2010 and Labour have left us in the biggest hole we have ever seen and all you can do is Tory bash. I am no lover of Cameron and think in politics we have a bunch of career freeloaders but there is no denying the socialist labour are a bunch of spend, spend, spend idiots who have recently become far more sinister than ever in their desires to take total control, topped of by their traitorship on European referendum and their disgusting involvement in 2 illegal wars. And all that is before you even begin to talk about their failed mass immigration policy.
  7. his name was Andy Molloy and they have a facebook page for him
  8. Well they did a crap job because that road was a mess today and had no signs of a snowplough along it. Maybe they forgot to put the plough down!!! Was in thornham around 1'ish with no sign of anything been done and then Royton at 3'ish with again no sign of anything being done
  9. Was walking on the main rochdale/Oldham road at Thornham today and the lack of snowploughs ALL DAY is an utter disgrace but typical of the pillocks in the council. Apart from that its fantastic out there!!!
  10. I have both and that qoute is complete rubbish. Most games are released at the same time and it comes down to which consoles exclusive you prefer. xbox360 seems to be first person shooters all the way whereas PS3 exclusives seem to offer variety. Ratchet and Clank is PS3 exclusive as is God of War 3, Gran Tourismo, Singstar games, Uncharted 2 - stunning game, along with alot more on the way. Add in the Blu Ray player and my PS3 gets the vote and is used more, but as to which one for you I would say the secret is in the exclusives for each machine and which ones you prefer.
  11. Chaddy juniors under 8s play tomorrow morning in Heywood. If you want to watch some quality football then that will be the place to be
  12. Stuff the lounge. All the real fans are in the stands anyways
  13. Why is it Pennys fault that previous managers with much bigger budgets failed to achieve and thus left him with no budget whatsoever? If you want to blame anyone for the club today then blame the past amangers, blame the constant swapping of them, and most of all blame the moaning bastards who want it changed every 18 months so another manager can change it all and blow another wedge on "their" team.
  14. It really depends what you mean as dabble. there are several ways. Broker account, self select ISA's, spreadbet, Contracts for difference. You need to decide on amounts and risk.
  15. I know all the financial boards etc and also find private investors far better for info. My broker is good but knowledge is limited. The stock market is the biggest gambling den in the world and as a result attracts crooks for fun. Because of the money involved the eperts talk up thier book and you have to decide who has come up with the best argument. Even then you can come unstuck as sentiment drives prices against fundementals. I just wondered if any on here deal in the markets and what knowledge and ideas they had to swap.
  16. I find experts speak with forked tongue
  17. Good move considering we seem to fall out with the Chron on a regular basis.
  18. Does anybody dabble in the stock market on here or is this thread going to be a dead duck? The stock market is a casino where I have done very, very well, and very, very bad!!!! Overall though I am nicely up but it is certainly tough out there at the moment. Anyone holding anything that they reckon is a quality company that is undervalued.
  19. rudemedic it has been happening based on Race already. The NHS do it and I showed their online document on targeting jobs based on race, colour, gender, sexuality. And then we have this list in the Express from a clearly right wing columnist, some of which I do remember at the time they hit the headlines even though the article is a typical alarmist press story, it still contains factual evidence of racism. http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/15991/...-English-people I go to companies in the Birmingham area and I go to some were less than 5% of the workforce is white. Will they be forced to change that based on the racial split in Birmingham? I don't think so and this is why we see a ratcheting up of tensions within the country. Labour are so obssessed with minorities that they are fully prepared to partake in racism to force their will and beliefs on a country. All imho
  20. They should live in and be part of the community they represent. They should not be a senior MP who loses a seat and then suddenly appears on the election list 200 miles away. No he was the chancellor responsible for bankrupting the nation. I note borrowing in October was another £11 billion and that is before you add the PFI debt and the pensions liabilities created through the massive bloating of the public sector. I think Gordon must rank as the worst chancellor ever to have set foot into 11 Downing street and he has followed it up with a display of breathtaking incompetence for his short stay at No10. He spent when he should have saved, he sold when he should have held, he has taxed, taxed, and taxed again. He has raided pensions and totally failed to regulate the UK banks via the FSA he created. As long as the banks paid the tax he didn't care that they had balance sheets of a trillion pounds plus. £2 trillion in the case of RBS although he was not alone in this failure but we were amongst the worst. He did one good thing in allowing the BOE to set rates but then completely ruined it by giving them a strict criteria for setting rates based on inflation figures that did not reflect reality and therefore helped to create the financial mess we are in today. How long will it take to recover? Who knows, but in my view houses have a long way down yet because to reduce this countries debt there is going to be a lot of pain and those in debt could be in big trouble as more jobs get shed in the public and private sectors
  21. Garcon I think your comment on a class of racists is unfair on based on them questioning recent heavy and increaced immigration and the effect on towns and cities across this country. All across this country communities live seperate and that is because BOTH sets are racist towards each other in the way OAFC0000 and co use the word. Too many blame it on the indigenous population and refuse to look at all aspects. As for the rest of the speech from Gordon it was all bollocks as he claims to fix everything his lot took 12 years to ruin. And Cameron, sadly he looks like just another career politician. Personally I think it should be law that all MPs come from the constituency they represent and stop all this parachuting people in to safe seats to get elected for the party and not to represent their communities.
  22. You will never remove that pressure which is why it does not work on a large scale. It is human nature. It is also something the west has created with its greed by ripping off all these countries were the mass immigration comes from. A true multi cultural world would require the west to stop stealing mineral wealth, stop stealing oil wealth, and stop using slave labour in the poorer countries to allow them to bring their living standards up to ours. But of course such a transition would be very painfull for the west, but would lead to a fairer and safer world in my view.
