First post updated with McEleney leaving.

And updated again with Davies to Mansfield - two year contract, undisclosed fee.

First post updated with Duffus loan to Waterford. Their manager's said he's playing for them this weekend and they're working on a loan for the rest of the season (think it ends in October). Reckon that counts as confirmed.

I have literally never heard of any of them. Pretty impressive stuff if you’ve remembered how to spell all those.
Heh. I got about 3 or 4 of them. Had to look the others up. Back that year when we linked up with MTK to take on #hungarianlads. We got through a lot of players back then. Remember McKerr? Ojapah? No, me neither.

I would hope that given that kind of mouthing off he's not going to be here next season.
Getting off on the right foot with the fans and all that.

I don't think a consistent kit is mandatory for club identity.
Clubs change owners, managers, players, kits, grounds, divisions, badges, even occasionally names. For me the name is the most important, then maybe ground and badge. But I don't feel a particular allegiance to any kit - maybe at a push I prefer a blue home and red away shirt, but even that's a hangover from the colours we played in when I started supporting the club. If it had been twenty years earlier those colours may have meant nothing for me.
At a more practical level I think the number of clubs that stick rigidly to the same design are few and far between (I'm sure there are some, but I'd bet not most), if only because it gives them a chance to sell merchandising. A consistent kit makes it harder to flog to the customers, sorry, fans.

Fuss over nothing.
I'm ambivalent about him and fully expect him to go, but this is not worth getting wound up over.

I like that home shirt a LOT. Really nice.
Away shirt is a bit meh but not bad as such.

So with pre-season training starting next week, it looks like we'll be beginning it with the core of last year's squad still there.
Anyone reckon that there will be a player or two that goes AWOL?
Probably, a few of them managed to do that on the pitch last season.

Going to have that line from Rita, Sue & Bob Too stuck in my head for the rest of the day now.

Not quite as good as his sister Lily , who’s living in Norway
I know he's young and learning, and will make mistakes. But it bothers me how eager some Latics fans are to insult our own players.
Sledge Hamer? Why don't they call his name?
Sledge Hamer? This can be their testimony.

as is this a strange one..... "Thanks must also go to former Chairman Simon Corney, who trusted me and gave me the role on a permanent basis" thought it was AL fronting the press conference could be wrong we have so many false dawns.
Maybe he's expecting Corney to pitch up at another club and employ him... #scenes.

He’s going nowhere unless they pay us more than 100,000 for him he cost us 50,000 from Kiddimister and he’s a better player now
Nice idea but I don't think that's how transfer fees work. Depends if (a) Lemsagam and Bunn rate him and want to keep him, and (b) whether they want or need to use the money elsewhere in a hurry. (And maybe (c) if we owe Kidderminster a sell-on fee.)

Or is keeping a low profile.

Out of interest, does everyone think Baxter will play midfield or up front? I know he's more of a midfielder, but I remember him playing (well) as a striker. And god knows we could use a goalscorer.
