Don’t u have to have a min number of players in squad who have to have been home grown. As in uk based??

Need to name 7 Home Grown players in your team sheet for all league games.

Home Grown means a player registered with any English or Welsh club "for a period, continuous or not of three seasons or 36 months prior to his 21 birthday (or the end of the season during which he turns 21)".

So to be picky, they don't have to be British, but yeah, basically they have to have spend 3 years in the youth system of an English or Welsh club.

He seems like a good lad to be fair. Switched on, doing a degree  and has his own S&C coach back in his home country and looks a bit of a beast in the gym.

Was topping the Burton fitness tests last pre-season.

A flicker of a bright spark in this abject pre season

Yes, he could be decent. I don't mind us taking a punt on a genuine prospect recovering from injury - just wish we had a few more ready-to-go players.

We start winning, people wont be interested in the FLG. Big problem with the plan, they then plan to sell to someone who can take the club forward. Who is this knight in shining armour, that corney couldn't find? Admittedly a whole club is a more attractive proposition.

I can’t quite believe it, but I agree with pretty much all of this. First time for everything!

There hasn't been any announcement from the club, in the same way that we've heard nowt official about De la Paz, Benteke, O'Grady and those who appear to be no longer with us. I think it's safe to say they've all gone. In the case of MP and CM, did they fall or were they pushed? I know which way I'm leaning.

Slight aside, but I don't think O'Grady and Coke have left yet. Sure we'll hear about those if only from the clubs that pick them up.

Looking at the Morocco videos, it looks like we might have a goalkeeping coach. Any idea who he is and when he arrived. Also, unless I've missed it, what's happened to Mick Priest? Sacked? Walked out? Sometimes, this club of ours is like a training ground for MI5.

Youth team goalkeeping coach. Gregory Hartley. Dunno if he's been permanently or temporarily promoted.

Edit: he started out in City's academy, played and coached in the US for a few years, mixed with non-league appearances for, I think Atherton, Colne and Salford.
