I reckon McAllister will get it but then again what do i know

I did notice today in the 2nd half Davies was warming up on the touchline and applauded all the substitutions including the final Lidds/Smalley swap that ensured he wasn't going to get on the pitch.
Small detail maybe but it told me he was rooting for the team above his own personal interests.
Totally agree with those who say he should of played.

The fact Taylor draws blue blood becomes irrelevant when moneys around, if the club sells him he has no choice in the matter..
Id say 1.5 million is an acceptable fee but id say him, Hughes and Gregan are our 3 most influential players

The ooh baby, baby chris o' grady song. Did it get an airing at Hartlepool or has it suffered a premature slightly tragic death?

Anyone know a reputable and reasonable firm in the oldham(ish) area that repairs car bodywork.
Had a slight incident reversing down my drive Monday night (dont laugh) and scratched a small (but noticable) part of my car.

They never give us the runaround. They were more involved in the first half true but runaround sounds like we all over the place

me and my work colleague made it up a few weeks ago (the ginger guy who chants in the chaddy)
i posted my idea about the chant on here last week , it only got negative replies but im glad to see people have started to like it haha .
oooh chris ogrady
I said it was genius last week, it still is.
Id love to see the whole ground singing it on Saturday would be fantastic

Agree i should be served with a slither of humble pie myself. Id been saying he was past it since the team got the runaround in the play offs against Blackpool but hes been outstanding this season, a real rock in defence

Can we remove this thread. The P word should be banned until Christmas at least! Should be like a swear box with whoever says it paying a pound to a good cause (like my beer fund mmm)
Great start but please lets keep our feet on the ground.

What an amazing listen! Such openness and honesty - just fascinating. Everyone should listen to this, no-one on this thread is exaggerating how good this interview is. You can download the podcast off itunes (thanks jimsleftfoot) and you should.
Brilliant stuff. Very reassuring that we have totally responsible people at the helm. They're never going to drop us like a stone. How many other clubs fans could say that with total confidence?

I drove through Liverpool on the way there, get stuck in shed loads of traffic so went back on the M53/M62 which was much easier
I did exactly the same, i assume everyone who came that way got held up just before the tunnel at the lights to turn left? My own mistake i forgot that mechanical spider 'La Machine' was in town.
One thing nobody else will of done is miss the basket with their pound coin at the automated toll booth

Probably just that his body is a temple great stuff

OO baby baby, chris O grady!

People can argue with me as much as they like but i think merseyside and in particular Liverpool is a disgusting place with many lower than low types.
Ran the gauntlet when i drove to Everton in January so perhaps thats affected my judgment but i stand by it

First time ive read this. Most of my dads side of the family are from Morecambe and the only reason they didn't go is because it was a Tuesday night id of sat in the away end with them because without being funny thats one of the biggest games they've played in and they would of been soaking up the atmosphere as much as anything, only came out of the conference last year so npt used to crowds.
Would of been majorly embarrassing

Agree with the character comments we didn't want to lose, we didn't even want to draw. Colchester have a couple of sharp attacking players who will cause a lot of other teams problems but we stood up to it and without playing exceptional (well in patches is more accurate) we showed plenty of bottle.
Taylors attitude was a joy to watch just how much did he want it? He wanted to pick the ball up at times try to beat everyone and score nobody wanted it as much as him. That lad is one of us in the stands represented out there and i carnt speak highly enough of him. and i couldn't put a price on his head

Just printed off all the travel information.
Its a right pain to put it mildly, sure similar park and ride schemes are in place at clubs like Swansea but the point of the buses is theres plenty of parking space from where they embark, not park in town centre, then get to NEAR the train station to catch a bus. Thats a park and ride and ride scheme. Rubbish

Cheers Chaddy...
Im curious to know whats in the goody bag

Dennis works for the water board - he has to be informed every time Gordon sends a log downstream, so they can prepare themselves at the effluent treatment works.
lol hmm bets its like a black mamba

Id really like to completely forget about last night. Sure i wasnt happy but its like i picked up the paper as i came in from work today, bleating on about the match. For me its gone, its done, dont play 451. Everyone dance top of the league nana. Bring on Colchester. End.
We all agree then

Gregan we miss like nobody else. Last night and against Huddersfield, the worst thing that could of happened was this 3 match ban. I'm only grateful we've got Hereford next and not Leicester because we need him back.
Obviously hes a rock of a defender but he also influences the midfield which i notice people have been criticising because how many times do you see him pick the ball up in defence and stride to the half way line before even playing the ball. That must be a real boost to allott and whitaker and not one of our other defenders can do that and IMO thats how we end up in this hoof ball/ping pong scenario like last night, the stockport players must of been lapping it up just having to clear long balls on the half way line fired up by eardley/jones/byrne/ bread and butter stuff.
