While we search for our replacement, we need a caretaker manager. There are 2 options, 1st team coach or the guy who runs the academy (TP). We've correctly chosen the 1st team coach. Now we don't know who our replacement manager will be so up until the point that we do, the 1st team coach will be in charge. Whats to hard to understand and why the hell are you moaning about this.

How do they get into the championship that quickly

Are we a bigger club than Burton? Ignoring history. Sad to say it before I don't think the gap is very big anymore. They have a modern ground with good facilities, room for development too. They are appealing to more and more 'modern' fans and families rather than relying on a slow, decreasing core like us.... We do have a remarkably impressive away core of course though.

We are a league above them, they have home crowds of around 3000. So i would say yes.

Nothing yet, still technically manager.

Johnson is a decent league 1 manager, nothing more. We have a team capable of the play-offs, that's still the case, we just need somebody to come in and get them firing. Its not the end of the world.

At least we know gentlemen and ladies, that if he goes, we as a club do things right. We will proceed forward with due diligence and of course consider the views of the fans. Lets not forget, we have a fan on the board.

The position he plays is the hardest in the team, he has to link the midfield to the forwards. That goes unseen quite a lot. I agree he needs to add goals to his game but not sure dropping him is the best idea. Judging him on the Barnsley performance when everyone was crap is ridiculous.

Gone with Kelly as, even though he had a poor game, he was roughly a million times better than everyone else.

Goal was a volley. 99% sure of that.

I thought Kean should have saved the goal.

 

Maybe, i was more worried about the ease at which the winger crossed it and the striker got in front of elokobi.

Negatives about tonight:

• We were absolutely terrible, the worst I've seen us this season (wasn't at franchise).
• They were absolutely terrible, the worst team I've seen play this season (apart from us just then).
• The officials were crap.
• The substitutions were odd to say the least, why like for like?
• The eventual formation change was odd, losing and you go 1 up top.
• The tannoy was ridiculous, " keys could be for a car or motorcycle", who's sat in the crowd thinking, well they cant be my honda keys that i lost at the ticket office because I've got a bike.
• Phase 5 for the stewards, they all shuffled along a bit and opened a gate, then sodded back to where they originally were.
• They took the lid of my coke.
• The barnsley fans are worse than our moaners, every decision was a massive injustice.
• It was cold.

Positives about tonight

• Tommy wrights coat, i love it.

If we are still in the play-offs by February (Massive if), then crowds will probably pick up a bit. until then they will hover just below 4000.
