    Was always going to be hard for Maouche today. We sat deep (naturally), him and O’Grady where feeding off scraps. It was always going to be a set piece and a moment of quality (Neps cross) that would win us this game. I’m fucking buzzing

    Brad jones and Sebastian Coates also gifted us that match. Not to take anything away from the occasion, provided me with one of my best ever memories with my dad that game. The Everton game which followed provided me with a memory I will never forget with my Grandad. Guess I have Matt Smith to thank for that

    In a nutshell he’s recruiting the players and we are going to bring in a coach. Fuck that, just paid there way into management.

    Bit worried personally, with Surridge, Lang, Lyden potentially leaving and being replaced with Ranger and players not tested in this league. If we want to go up then we need to sign appropriate players not gamble on unknown players.

    Hopefully we make some signings that will make an immediate impact and who have gotten out of this league. Sylla could be one for next season after he has settled.

    Also, if we are going down the route of finding cheap players abroad who we could then sell on, there’s needs to be a blend of domestic and foreigns players.

    He has. I actually live in the same apartment block as Misslou and Bragner-Engone, they live together. Misslou has his family over here also and seems very happy. Speak to them both when I see them and they are always talking about Oldham and want to get up the table. Wonder if AL places them all in these apartments?

    Couldn’t agree more. If he doesn’t do that against Gilingham we probably stay up. Obviously it’s not all his fault ect, but on the face of it, we do.

    Thought Moimbe was a solid left back, would have been more than capable in this league. Maybe a bit hot headed.
