OT says the recent heavy fixture list has slowed the boards ability to appoint someone yet. Why? Are the board taking training sessions, discussing formations and tactics for our recent games?Absolute rubbish from D.R. must think we're born yesterday. Why not just say we've had a lot to think about and want to make the right choice? Why doesn't he just listen to the fans?Our footballing knowledge is more than his will ever be as shown by D.U's appointment and his continued support of DU when it was quite clear to us all that he hadn't a clue about being a manager.

Would love a creative C.M and a right full back, but where do you get them from? This should have been done under D.U last year. But then the man was inept as we all now know.It will be difficult for our next manager( hopefully Thompson) but we can but hope.Things can only get better......

Agree but still rate tommo.Today wasn't good but had we scored another of some excellent first half chances I think we could have won. Watching today its quite clear our midfield is the problem. We just don't have the players to effect the game.Lundstam didn't look fit and he needs a partner.Thommo alluded to the same saying we need 3 more players.He also commented on the midfield.Please give him a chance and give him what he needs.He does his job from his heart and its clear he hurts as much as us when we don't win.Please back him. Give him the players he wants and let him and reders do their job for the rest of this season.A manager who previously looked good is no guarantee of success and i would back a fellow oldhamer before any body else.

Absolutely. Yet again in his post match interview he says all the right things " we need to keep possession more" "we know what needs doing" and we'll do it. Please give this man time. This year might be a bit late after Unsworths F.ing about. I have absolute faith in Thompson and Redfearn. Can't think of any other managerial candidate giving a better post match assessment after today's result.
