This could be overkill but why don't the chanters in the lookers upper point to the rest of the fans in that stand and chant "Stand up and support the team!" Try and make them prove a point.

Looking at their squad the four players who would fit our bill would be; Goodall - attacking left back, used to live up north when playing for Dale. Spring - creative central midfielder who's played at a higher level in the past. Bell - their best player the times I've seen them, if Liddell can't recover from his injury he'd be an excellent replacement. Peschisolido - fox-in-the-box, experienced and has a reputation for being a super-sub, allowing us to keep the Hughes & Davies partnership going. Others may include Parkin and Currie but they wouldn't be necessities.

Chose Navy & Burgundy. Don't like Black kits, powder blue looks a bit gay and flu yellow just looks ghastly!

Chris Gunter, who's behind Eardley in the Welsh pecking order, has been sold to Spurs from Cardiff for £1M potentially rising to £1.5M. Rumours down this way are that Crewe have rejected bids of £1.5M from Sunderland and Middlesborough for Danny Woodards (Exeter have 20% sell on clause). So seeing as £1.5M seems to be the going rate for young right-backs at this level we should look for at least that if we are to sell Eardley (+ sell ons and appearance fees). I think Davies or Taylor are the other two most likely to be sought after.

Bertrand, for the simple reason that he's a naturally left-sided player. There are a lot of creative midfielders at the top level whereas there is a shortage of Bertrand-esque players.

Seen on SSN today that Chelsea's Jimmy Smith has be recalled from Norwich, he been on loan at a few Championship clubs in the last couple of seasons and is meant to be a creative midfielder. Any chance we could use our agreement with Chelsea to pick this guy up for the rest of the season?

Sounds as though the Dale fans rate him highly. Not a bad move for anybody really, Holness gets 1st team football instead of being 6th choice here.

There seems to have been a lot of rubbish on the board tonight, but this takes the biscuit! How short-sighted are you?! "Taylor needs to be got rid of? Eardley is useless??!" I don't get to many games so I can't comment on today, but going off past experience these two players offer so much to the team! Yes they will have some bad games and need to improve certain areas of their game but they are way way ahead of schedule in their development and they are the future of this club one way or another. Finally, to put it in perspective, Eardley is barely 19, Taylor barely 21 and they are two of many very young players in our squad! So again I have to ask: How short-sighted are you?!

Football Manager's obviously got it wrong with the parent & feeder club idea then! What's the situation with Bournemouth then? Don't they have 4 Reading loanees?

Pogs does make mistakes, but I would much prefer him to Crossley.
