Just watched the goals on sky - it was a definite manufactured pen...soon as he got in the box he put the brakes on and collapsed - Wilson couldn't really do much about it other than collide with him.

I was concerned by ruddy 's kicking yesterday - not much distance, especially one at the end- where we had players up top waiting for it and he 'spun' one into the midfield pack of Shrewsbury players.

No idea mate - but it's not a great feeling  is it? - I just find it strange how after the first couple of pre season games we seem to have 'settled ' into this current mindset..

It feels like to me like we are still playing pre season games - still tinkering with team and tactics - half paced football .

They have carried poor pre season form into the first game  - the signs of a midfield that will be dominated and forward line with little service was on show in the games I saw and same today

I have always been impressed when I have seen Douglas - very tidy player. .keeps it simple and play ticking over.
