There was a letter think was on the Oldham blue and white barmy army Facebook page from a ex coaching colleague of Kelly's in Northern Ireland who actually was the assessor for one of Kelly's coaching badges and Kelly failed his assessment yet was sent a certificate later in error by the Northern Irish FA saying he'd passed and from there was put on further courses which at that time he wasn't qualified enough to be on. Don't shoot the messenger just telling you what was said in the letter.

If the very strong rumours were true he lied on his CV about his qualifications, he lied to the board and more importantly the fans with his promise of attacking football. This is the best group of players we've had in a long time, failure due to the management teams incompetence is not an option. It's not one defeat in 6 as it's being put, it's one win in 8 games league and cup and we've not played any of the fancied teams yet in the league. Think it will be all over within the next few weeks and the board will have to hold their hands up and apologise to the fans and admit they got it badly wrong!!

Definately Coleman, Cornell looked ok last night but at this point for me he's backup keeper.

Good loan signing would be Matthew Pennington CB at Everton 20 year old, had the obligatory loan spells at Tranmere and was voted Coventry's young player of the year whilst on loan there last season.

Think would be a good signing but how do you fit him, Kelly, Jones, Winchester, Croft and Green in the same team?? Think if he is coming in it's as a replacement for Kelly who I'm sure will go to Barnsley as soon as we accept their offer of a few hundred thousand!!

According to Kelly on Official we have an injury free squad, just thought Cassidy had a slight niggle??

To allow him to go, I think is a backwards step as he is the best natural finisher at the club, especially if only to free wages for Gunning!! Also hoping Dunn is not being lined up to replace Kelly in midfield!!

Is it only me who doesn't really believe certain players are injured, 2 of the players who will definitely be playing for Johnson next year. If we were still seriously in the play off chase and Jonno was still here my guess is these players would be declaring themselves fit to play!! 'Go hard or go home' springs to mind.
