Looking like four from seven at the bottom to go, we'll probably need to win that mini league to survive.
I think you'll find if we finished 3rd in that mini league of 7 we would stay up
-
Ctedit to the referee, he let the game flow, many top flight refs would have dished out yellow and red cards galore.
Ye he did a good job considering only looked young himself. No dangerous tackles that I saw so nice to see him not be petty
-
That's why he's been appointed, even if we go down no one will have a go cos it's Shez.
Corney must be laughing his cock off.
At least we'd go down with a fight under Sheridan. Not a :censored:ing whimper like your best mate dunn
-
Great end to end stuff at times and proper committed challenges
-
Don't think you were disappointed.
Only with the temperature. Couldn't stay for extra time unfortunately. Gutted. Our RB looked really good and number 9
-
So far better than anything I've seen from 1st team. Like our right back and number 9
-
Do they ever put youth games on? I'm going to watch tonight. Hopefully going to see one of these great performances you promise me BP
-
30 is so young. I'm only 30 myself. I can't imagine what his family are going through. Sad news.
-
Is car park free tonight or am I getting bummed for a fiver when I get there?
-
Does anybody really trust David Dunn with this money in any case?
Valid point

You must have been watching a different match to me then! That's the best I've seen Dieng play as a centre back. Opinions huh?
Must have been lol. Couple times he passed it straight to their players under no pressure giving them the ball in a dangerous position. Then he was half responsible for the disgusting school boy defending where him and Wilson were looking at each other let the ball bounce and waited while they got hold of it
-
I thought the atmosphere was strange. Generally muted. With very little abuse directed at the team and the manager.
That goal didn't help lol
-
Thought Dieng was poor yesterday. I'm still not 100% convinced.
-
It can be really confusing on here
We get regaled with stories of the home keeper making great .point blank saves, followed by worldie double save, a superbly crafted second goal by the visitors, dominant opposing centre halves.....and do you know what we also get told .....the visitors were lucky to win.
...sorry the better side with the better players won and reasonably comfortably too....in my opinion
They deserved to win. We had a good 20 minutes. Not good enough. Dunn out
-
No blame for Coleman here.
He was found wanting in the two moments that mattered, but no blame.
This is why nobody apart from about 3 people take your dunn wankathon seriously
-
Jesus Christ people are blaming Coleman?! He's saved the first one really well and I don't know where else he could have pushed it, it's not like he's parried it directly in front of him. The second has beaten Wilson and the header has come from about 4 yards in front of him, how he's meant to save that I have no idea. Also, for whoever said about getting beaten at his near post, it's clear you have never played in goal or have any experience of judging goalkeepers. Wow.
Idiots. That's what they are.
-
I was there.
If Cornell concedes that first goal you would have been on here straight away to tell us all about it.
Second goal he essentially gets beat on his near post.
First was a great point blank save, no defenders moved to clear.
And how you can place any blame on him for 2nd is beyond me.
You're a :censored:ing idiot.
I think Cornell is utter garbage but I wouldn't have blamed home for either today.
Nice to see you mentioned the amazing double save by Coleman in first half too.
Prick
-
Again we only play for 20 minutes out of 90. We had them on the back foot. Need to be going at teams like that from the start not waiting, again, until the 2nd half
-
Did not deserve that!!!!
Overall we played for 20 out of 90 minutes.
-
Coleman
Dummigan
Dieng
B Wilson
Lafferty
Kelly
Jones
Winchester
Poleon
Murphy
Cassidy
Happiest I've been with a line up in ages. Hopefully Jones pushing forward from midfield rather than having 2 sat back. Coleman in net and my hero Rhys Murphy to score again today
-
An utterly average midfielder who is better than Winchester, Croft and Poleon as well as 12 or 13 others in our squad.
Name 12 other players he is better than. Yes his performances have improved and yes he has scored some important goals but we may have scored more without him.
Lightweight and always gets knocked off the ball. Saw him put a big tackle in against Doncaster for first time ever other week and that's because he'd just :censored: out of one and crowd wasn't happy.
Always looking to go sideways or backwards. Never has had the ability to beat a man with skill or pace.
Not that arsed he's gone. I think we can do better
-
Was the squad all that in the first place? Fortes out injured who secured us goals, our strikers not performing and you cannot ignore the negativity off the pitch around the club...
The squad is plenty good enough for mid table
-
I feel sorry for Dunn....there I've said it!
Budgets slashed, players being sold, outlook gloomy at the club, morale at an all time low and rumours of doom and gloom every day.
Dunn's managerial career started with our club. Succeeding here will make him more saleable to the bigger clubs. He could walk and get a managers job elsewhere but he's doing his badges though (I believe) so it's probably best for him to stay here. I believe what he says that he's a fighter and wants the club to succeed despite all the challenges against him.
Who knows...if he could operate without both hands tied behind his back, had money to bring in players to succeed and was able to focus players minds on football then we might win a game or two.
Budget slashed or just as low as it was previously when he took the role on? Which players sold? One. Philliskirk.
If he had money to bring players in to succeed? How much? Same as Wigan etc? If you can't keep this squad up you're a failure and with performances as they have been I wouldn't give him a :censored:ing penny
-
So no blame on the players then in your eyes? 100% Dunn?
Not blameless but there's obviously reasons they're not playing for dunn
Will we stay up?

So 7 bottom teams. We finish 3rd out of those 7. With 4 below us. You don't see that keeping us up?
