    Yes, we stood off Gateshead for some strange reason, yes they’re ok but that’s it, reminded me of Unsworth. I just kept thinking why aren’t we in their faces. You simply have to battle for the ball then keep the thing or of you can’t keep it make those first touches count.

    I wouldn’t release either of them, just as long as the message gets through, fine them perhaps and carry on. I doubt either of them or anyone else will repeat it after the reaction it provoked.

    He should have remembered his position, the responsibility it carries and not to be so bloody blasé about it. We all say stuff but to then put it out on social fooking media? Come on. We were embarrassing again on Saturday , Added to that the fact his elderly boss his rowing the Atlantic slap bang in the middle of Christmas. Hate this saying but there’s such a thing as reading the room .

    I’ve worked more Christmas days and new years than I can remember, proper shifts too. For much less money , zero sympathy for them I’m afraid . Humbug

    Absolutely, bantz or not after the latest circus performance on Saturday maybe leave the daft vids for another day. I’d definitely have them in on Christmas Day but then again would it make any tangible difference with this lot. They just aren’t particularly good.

    We do indeed, it’s ridiculous we haven’t won at home since sept, I actually thought we’d draw or get beat but didn’t think we’d be so bad with it.

    That’s another bad habit we seem to have. Poor tactics today with poor players showing too much respect for a decent but not great team and I’m really puzzled about MM bringing the young lad on at such a crucial time.

    I think we helped to make them look good and that’s not sour grapes. Stay in their faces and the” slick” passing becomes more of a challenge for them. Instead we just stand and watch them play their best game.
