bigfatjoe1
Eards, Earnshaw and Easter all dropped from the World Cup qualifier squad. Clearly Toshack doesn't like players whose name begins EA - why?

ghostofcecere
He only really got a game because they played there best players in the Under 21's as it was a crucial match. Realistically Eards is well down the pecking order when everyone is fit, it's a shame we couldn't have cashed in on him while all the hype was around. Neil Eardley is 19 years old and still learning his trade - I think he will be a good 'un but possibly better in midfield. He'll do for me
