Larkin about Saturday

Recommended Posts

The never read Northampton Chronicle says Colin Larkin was due to train with Northampton Town for the first time today.

The good news is that top-scorer Adebayo Akinfenwa and skipper Chris Doig will both miss the game against on Saturday as they're injured. Also injured is Abdul Osman, while Giles Coke serves a one-game suspension.

So things are looking rosier by the minute as the Cobblers are not as well rounded as they would have hoped to be.

So just Andy Holt and Leon Constantine to worry about now then, as the curse of the former player always seems to strike the blue boys!

Larkin was a thorn in our side when he was at Chesterfield IIRC, but so was Bayo. Got to be a boost with him out...put Rubes on Leon and hope that whoever partners him isn't sharp enough to capitalise on Stefan's weekly gaffe

Coke's suspension is good news too.

This could be why the Fire Engines were @ BP yesterday, they heard on the radio that........

"King Leons socks were on fire" or is that something else?..

After Slow Nights, So Long, Leon was Happy Alone in the Red Morning Light, and had a Notion to Be Somebody like a Charmer, to Use Somebody to Crawl Closer to the Fans, and end his Wasted Time. However, being On Call he was Knocked Up by The Runner, carrying his Bucket and Spiral Suitcase, giving him 4 Kicks, who said “I Want You, Soft lad” for some Revelry and they both listened on the Trani to the socks Pistol(s) of Fire. :getmecoat:
