In 1966 when Oldham played West Ham, a long range goal was scored from about 80 yards. The West Ham official website ( http://www.whufc.com/page/News/0,,12562~1528495,00.html ) says Jack Burkett scored it. Someone else is telling me that Jack Burkett didn't even play for West Ham, he played for Forrest. Any help appreciated. Thanks. We lost 3-2 to wrexham the day after at the NSC and beat the IOM 1-0 down in Ramsey. played there in '99 we beat Stockport in the final on pens we played there twice in '05 Beat IOM 7-0 and lost 1-0 to carlisle in the final, Beckett picked up his injury.
