If a league table was done after xmas id geuss we'd be bottom (cant be arsed doing a table or finding something which might show this), thankfully we dont as we have a 46 game season. It would have been more honest to use the same points average for the 44 games played and showing us on 52 points, but that wouldn't have been quite as dramatic would it? Silly. How would the table look if you took the trannnies last six games prior to today off them? 59 points and 13th? Is their season just mediocrity with a spate of wins at the end then? Just out of interest, how does it look if you show us the position three games from the end of last season, but take away all the points the other teams scored in the first 6 games? But I think it's a shining testament to how long-term our poor form is - relegation stuff, or slightly better at best - over the last 38 games. I liked Shez for the most part, but it's interesting to think it could be seen as showing him in a good light when, to me, that very short-term form in the honeymoon start to the season, just obscured, for a very long time, where we were really headed. Yes but it is pointless and biased to show what you want others to see. Until you take all the other teams first 6 games off as well its pointless. We are in our worst run for 9 years.
