Would of been a good signing. Definately think Penney had in mind about all his potential keeper targets and it was a case of getting one in sooner than later so offered deals to a few. Maybe the guy who passed a medical and agreed a contract last thursday bearing in mind a Championship club was after him was the goalie Penney was after.
