oafcprozac Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 just looked through Saturday's programme and their are 12 players who haven't been sponsored at £550 a go, that's £6,600 in potential revenue. And 19 playing kit packages at £275 a go = another £5,225 so nearly £12,000 on income that hasn't been maximised. Anyone interested? I'd sponsor a player if I could afford it! Looking at past seasons it was very rare we'd have packages available so is it the economic climate or are we not canvassing enough, asking for repeat business etc???? Quote
tangerinedreams Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I'm inclined to think that it is a bit of both. Quote
oafcprozac Posted August 10, 2009 Author Posted August 10, 2009 I'm inclined to think that it is a bit of both. Noticed your sponsorship of Brooky was listed. Will they be changing it to Mr and Mrs after the wedding? Or is that extra Quote
singe Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I'm inclined to think that it is a bit of both. Probably true. Maybe some of it is due to people waiting to see what the players are like. No one wants to sponsor a dud! Quote

I have until Dec, but I think RB needs to fill out some, but that'll come in time, he took a few shoulder nudges in pre season, he'll soon get sick of that and start giving it back....I hope! Quote
LaticsPete Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I sponsored a kit last season and was contacted both by post and phone asking if I would do the same this year. I have. Quote
