JoeP
Calling him big boned and saying he's like Richard Dunne surely constitutes as bullying in the workplace.... http://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/page/NewsUpdate/0,,10337~2600208,00.html? Think he's the next Richard Jobson, myself...
welshgaz
Very strange comparison isn't it. Either way dickov is very good at talking the players up in public. Tarky deserves a run in the side as he has been tremendous when played.

What a nice change to see a Latics central defender who doesn't treat the ball as if it's radioactive and therefore must be booted as far up the pitch as possible, as quickly as possible... Could Tarky play left full back ? that surging run down the left flank against Chesterfield suggests he might be an option.

Seeing Reuben Hazell smash the ball home at Elland Road never once led me to believe he could play centre forward.....

BP1960
I seem to recollect Latics centre forward Frank Large's one and only time playing at centre half, he hit a great strike against the crossbar form 30 yards out - problem was it was his own teams crossbar.
