mikeleylandoafc
The more I see Gibson's handball the more I see he moves his arm onto the ball (even if he was trying to get it out of the way) - very harsh to not give that and then give handball against Brown IMO. disjointed
If Smith had not scored it was a nailed on penalty as Distin pulled his shirt. Would the ref have given it, no way, blinkered tosser.
Ritchierich
First time I've seen the goals, how on earth he didn't give us a pen is unbelievable, right in front of the ref and the Everton player actually controls the ball with his hand......and if Baxters shot had gone in??!! r1chardharr1son
...and the Everton player actually controls the ball with his hand... Exactly. You can argue about accidental or not until you're blue in the face, but if a player gains an advantage from the ball coming into contact with the hand or arm surely that's handball? JoeLatics
Exactly. You can argue about accidental or not until you're blue in the face, but if a player gains an advantage from the ball coming into contact with the hand or arm surely that's handball? Nope. That said, it was definitely a penalty (as was theirs).
bossrocks
Blatant penalty. Absolutely disgusted with Oliver for not giving that. I'll take back my comments re Jelavic being offside for their 3rd, he definitely wasn't. It should have been a throw-in our way though.
