slystallone Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 Played right - absolutely cracking signing. Played wrongly - still a very decent signing. Legs going doesn't massively effect things. Even as a youngster at Chesterfield & Southampton...he never had any real pace anyway; so him losing a yard or so as he's aged doesnt realy matter. Its not what his game is out. In a 4-4-2, with a nippy type alongside him (at Noblot, think of Stelios, Sturtidge et all) he's so effective at whatvhe does. I back him for more assists than goals this season. alex_balls Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 Davies has currently started 4 games and come on as sub in 2 cup games, scored 0 goals, and PNE are sitting in 12th, winless, but unbeaten, I called a top 10 finish for them, but I really feel that they don't have enough about them to go up.
