Lags
Surprised he's gone before Weir. Weir could well be out later
jsslatic
I know we're not a Championship side but I was impressed with Derby at BP.
garcon
Surprised he's gone, but to lose to Leicester and Forest in the same week is asking for it I suppose.
PlayItLivo
He's been there for a few years and don't think he made the playoffs once. Probably a time for a change anyway.
slystallone
I think it's another in a long line of managers getting the sack before they have chance to complete their project. I was impressed with Clough's Derby side. It's taken years, season on season to grow and develop that side; and now he's sacked before he has the chance to see it through. Poor. Steve McClaren is the hot favourite to replace him. Good luck Derby.
garcon
It seems strange that having invested in such a long term project, the board makes the seemingly arbitrary decision that this is the season they must progress. Early form had been a bit weak, but I think it's an emotional response to losing to their two bitter rivals in the same week that's done for him. disjointed
Mclaren gets the job, would have thought Derby fans are up in arms. Backward step in my book.
