Me and my partner have just taken over The Royal George Hotel in Greenfield. Well, I say we, she's the tenant/landlady, I'm just her bitch really! Anyway, stripping one of the bedrooms this morning and I found this written on a wall..... Decorated by Kenny Clements, 30th January 1992. I wonder?! Could it be THE Kenny Clements from back int th'day? I do remember a match programme from the early 80's that had an interview with him, in which he said he painted cartoons on his kids bedroom walls. Nice photo of him stood in said room too, resplendent with that magnificent moustache. Wonder if he branched into the world of painting and decorating? Anyway, like I said, shameful plug.
