al_bro
I may be shooting myself in the foot as I am over 65 myself. Latics seem to be very cheap compared with our first three away games. I don't know what other clubs are charging, but Walsall charged £15.50, it's £18 at Blackpool and £19 to sit down at Fleetwood, for tickets bought in advance. At Latics it's only £10. Should we be charging more, or would we lose support? I know it's too late for this season, but I have thought for a while that the club is losing out. There is no student discount at Oldham for a single match. Those clubs might also start OAP discounts at 60 not 65. These things tend to balance out.. Bumping price up of the OAP ticket may well happen as I can see ticket cost being less of a contributing factor for OAPs not attending compared other groups of fans.
