The Island with Bear Grylls, season 4. It used to be on All4 but then disappeared. Found most episodes on a combo of youtube and dailymotion but gave up when I couldn't find episode 5. Thought Frank came across largely pretty well in the episodes I saw. Which is good going seeing as most of these reality shows try and make everyone look like complete twats.
