Danny Rowe an unused sub in the Conference last night; maybe that fella who used to post on here had a point...
Tasdemir and Gavin Gunning both scored in that match, maybe we should bring both of them back here

In five years he's progressed so much he'll be playing at exactly the same level he was with us, having been relegated and played a division lower in between.
Not really seeing anything to write home about.

Joel Coleman reportedly leaving Fleetwood.
I'd gladly have him back here.

Wasn't he loaned there last season?
Yes, from January.

Not sure where this best goes, but for those with a subscription The Athletic’s special report on Swindon Town makes for some eye-opening reading:
Sheridan doesn’t come out of it well either.

Shez says he's retired from football now after his experiences there.
They might have a new owner, but I think they're going to struggle to stay in the league next season.

fair enough - I may have relied on Wiki...! Wonder what happened to the player who made Kante look lazy at Fulham
Towards the end of his stay with us he began to look a bit off the pace. I guess that was more of an issue in League One with quicker players.
That Fulham performance was immense though.

He didn't ship him out - Curle didn't leave Northampton until February
Missilou went to Swindon on deadline day in January
"The club’s manager Keith Curle told the club’s official site that he felt the move was in the best interest of all parties. He also added he felt that the window had been a good one overall for Northampton.
He said, “Christopher has found his opportunities here limited in recent weeks and I think that would have continued."

Unbelievable how hes not back here. Knows the club, owners choice in signing when he first came, manager signed him for ntfc, and we are desperate for his exact type of play. How it didn't occur to anyone at the club to bring him back is baffling
Curle brought him to Northampton... Then didn't play him much, and shipped him off to Swindon after just six months.
Pretty obvious Curle was never going to bring him here, however much we need a similar style of player.

Ian Marshall recalls the time he got into trouble with Martin O'Neill.
Thought his part in the antics was going to be much worse than that! Bit over the top from O'Neill.

agree we need the type but neither of them would get in this seasons team they were shocking. Fane literally couldn’t control or pass it. To say ntambwe is better at anything is hard but he can honestly play better than both of themBen Garrity has played 30 games for us this season. Lack of control or passing ability hasn't stopped that.
Fane or Sylla would easily get in over him.
-
His big issue is that he didn't wave his arms enough and celebrate enthusiastically enough to keep certain fans happy.
Nothing wrong with his contribution or attitude. He was dropping back trying to make things happen when other players had let their heads drop.

Someone will always take Shez. He’s this generation’s Brian Horton.
Definitely a chance he could end up at Barrow to complete the Latics nostalgia tribute act up there.

Shez has finally left Swindon:

Interesting to see where his next job will be, he's had quite a few failures in a row now

You don't need much to succeed in this division.
Morecambe are happy to let us have the ball, but they've identified our weaknesses and played intelligently.
-
Morecambe are running at Clarke and drawing him out, putting two runners into the box and Piergianni is overloaded.
We need more cover from the left or midfield.

Walker poor for the second goal and awful for the third

Nice contrast there.
Lovely team move that was just lacking a final runner just before.
Then route one long ball leading to the goal.
Don't mind us mixing it up a bit

Most goals conceded in their league by a country mile. He's consistent, you have to give him that.
