Tough shit. it is only going to get worse so they better be prepared for it.
Great way to recruit new talent.
Word gets round about what the atmosphere at clubs is like. Decent players with choices will look elsewhere.

Thanks for a bit of perspective on the situation

Leon Clarke up top and we’d be mid table in no time.
Five matches, twelve years ago and yet somebody mentions his name here every week.
It's like the mate who every time they have a pint and a half tells you the same story about the girl they pulled in a club when they were 17.
So many more fish in the sea.
I'd rather see Lang back.

Hardly Ripley is he?
He's at a championship club.
And we got bloody lucky getting Iversen.
Still think Woods looks decent for the level on the basis of what I've seen. There are much bigger problems elsewhere.

I wouldn't mind us picking up some points in the meantime.
And it would be a bonus not having to watch those two try and express what it means to be a centre back in the form of abstract dance and bewilderment.

Banide after the match interview indicating changes in the lineup on Tuesday.
Hopefully that's the end of the Sefil-Iacovitti dream team.

The defence looks a complete write off. No structure, no confidence, no composure.
Might even be worth considering moving Sylla back into CB - I honestly can't see him doing a worse job than the current pair until a permanent sidekick for Wheater is found.

Who is better than Sefil and Iavocotti (Both Lemsagam signings) by a country mile.
Let's not rewrite history. All three are among the worst players to wear the shirt.
Burgess seemed to cost us points in almost every match he played. Sefil will likely do the same.

There's a massive £5000 prize for winning tonight.
How many new toilet bowls can you buy for that?

I hope we don't take anyone on from Bury's board as a saviour this time!

The question is, does it achieve anything or just make things worse?
In another few weeks, if we're playing crap nervous football all the time, if the home performances seem really cagey, if the players don't seem to go the extra mile for the fans - maybe it'll be time to think back and think that behaviour from the fans part of the problem?
Like everyone points out, it's a revolving door at Oldham (and most clubs at this level), and the players don't have any connection to the club other than their wage.
Do you think they're going to get any love or pride for the club when they're getting that sort of abuse from the start, week in week out?
Putting frustrations with the owners on the players doesn't help anyone.
If you're so concerned about the fact you've paid for the ticket, why act in a way that makes it more likely you'll pay to see even more bad performances?
