  2. Dear Fellow Supporter Oldham Athletic is one of a few unique football clubs in the country that has a voice on the board and a say in how fans are represented. By retaining a 3% shareholding of OAFC with a seat on the board, the trust aims to represent the views of the fans and help the club progress. The club we all support has gone through many changes in the last 7 years, first the arrival of TTA, the emotion of the original planning application being rejected to more recently the departure of Simon Blitz and Danny Gazal and the move to Failsworth encountering problems. The resilience of Oldham fans as always been one of the traits we are known for. The way fans banded together in the summer of 2003 is something many will never forget but hope never to repeat. Together we can help support the club we follow Trust Oldham’s principle aim is to ensure OAFC is helped when and where needed. The trust works with the club on many initiatives and projects lending support, time and in some cases finances. Previously Trust Oldham has helped the club with the services of Luke Beckett and his arrival at BP, Equipment and materials for the ground staff and currently with PlayerShare initiative. www.laticsplayershare.co.uk There is no better time to join the Trust with new added benefits to your membership and easier than ever ways of joining. 3. Its the world we now live in ! A kid or persons on the pitch, slip and hurt themselves, because the pitch is wet, chewed up etc then it could be claim time. It would mean all participants to sign a waiver, wear correct footware and follow instructions of the activity to be able to take part. On top of it all it cant be raining !
  4. It's a fund raiser meal - A 3 course meal with entertainment and after dinner speakers £25 is too cheap ! We kept the price down to enable more to attend
  5. The Entertainment of the night will be Dream Talks Hayley Scanlon. A local artist. A sample of her... talent <iframe width="560" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/05tkAFMMg5k" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  6. With the size of the capacity there is no room for non dinners. At £25 per person and the meal on offer it would be very hard pressed to get the food alone. The night is a fund raiser, 3 course choice meal with entertainment. Mnay similar nights are priced a lot higher. The veggie option was requested by a patron who is attending on the night, they had tried it before a enjoyed it. We didnt want to offer a cheese and onion pie or veggie lasagne.
  7. The meal night is to raise funds for the Trust,we try to hold an event once a year to help the trust funds increase. With the continued monthly subcription, badge sales, race night, up coming walk from Bramell Lane to Bp and early season promotional drive planned with the support of the rifle range, we felt at the moment a great effort was helping the Playershare cause. Money raised on the night will go to help the club ( not Corney ) if and when they need it.
  8. Lee. another fan is the person I mentioned earlier
