  1. Fleming - great keeper, obviously the choice Lomax - did the job on saturday and doesnt deserve being dropped Hazell - well, do i need to say? Gregan - got his good form back and a big part of the defence and team Golbourne - had a very good game on saturday IMO Smalley - been fantastic the last couple of weeks and can see him growing into another taylor! Allott - strong part of our midfield, good tackler which we need away from home Whitaker - after his goal on saturday, can see him getting back the form he started with Taylor - tats and smalley on the wings will prove such a massive threat against anyone Hughes - keeps banging them goals in and an obvious choice Windass - might not have his 1st goal for the club yet but is clearly a class above anyone else on the pitch
  2. Don't get me wrong, I've always liked Eards and would actually much prefer him to Kelvin, but seeing as he had, IMO, a decent game on Saturday, I can't see Shez changing it, so I can't see the boost thats all I'd like to see Eardley gain his place at RB again properly actually.....
  3. Can someone please explain to me how we have been boosted by the return of Eardley? He probably won't even be playing, Lomax had a decent game and Shez likes him. I think we can all pretty much say what the team will be tonight
  4. Sounds like a plan to me think it would look really good! The whole 'telling us to do it before the game' is just laughable though! It's ridiculous. I'm all for it if everyone does it and if it makes for a better atmosphere and lifts the players but I can just see it falling flat on it's arse and result in dirty Leeds laughing at us... If we can have a couple of "run-throughs" before-hand it could work though...
  5. I liked the 'we're not singing any more' too. They soon shut up when we reminded them that they can't afford him though
  6. Dont come in the RRE then...go and try and make an atmosphere in the Chaddy. Good luck
  7. And it's coming to something when the miserable ones are the young ones!! What a club we're going to have in 30 years time
  8. It's not about how many fans go in each stand Harry, it's about which is the more enjoyable and which has the better atmosphere or so I've been led to believe anyway... The answer is simple...RRE, theres no doubt about it! We produce the more noise so the atmosphere is better there... Simple, init?
  9. Where in his post did he say you can't be a proper football fan? He simply said he thought you were over 50 as the majority of drum/atmosphere haters are in that age barrier. No offence to the over 50's that enjoy the occasional sing song whilst waving their tops above their heads
  10. I wish Millwall fans would wake up and realise that nobody is scared of them...they attempt to get to the Hull fans knowing they cant, its all for show. I doubt very much anyone was actually scared apart from the two kids running away from them LOL. If they're so passionate about their club, why cant they show it in a way that everyone else does now instead of living in the 80s!
  11. Im not just saying this...but when we did it yesterday, it really did STINK!!!! I think some of us need to start washing our feet more regularly...or maybe change our socks once in a while?!
  12. Yep I, along with another thousand or so fans are happy to sing "tinpot" songs like the great escape whilst you sit there picking your nose and complaing about the atmosphere. We coped fine for the last 100 years without one because everyone was willing to sing then. I'd love to see you try and make as good of an atmosphere as yesterday WITHOUT the drum...you'll find it near impossible! I never said we were laughed at full stop...I said we would be if we sat there in silence which is what it would be like if you had your own way!
  13. How can the drum ruin any atmosphere that is created when it's the drum that creates the bloody atmosphere?! Seriously, some people on this message board really get on my tits! The drum starts off pretty much every single song we sing except oh when the blues... And as for us turning into a happy clappy support...I'd much rather go to a game and enjoy a happy clappy atmosphere than sit there getting told to shut up by people like yourself and laughed at by the away crouds for our dire atmosphere, probably resulting in players playing sh*te because theyre playing for the least passionate supporters on the planet!!! If you dont like the drum, f**k off to the main stand!!!!!!!
  14. On the OS....Sheridan has said there will be "a few suprises" tomorrow Could this be one of them?
  15. Yes, we have a pretty poor home support...but what do you expect when we have the likes of ManUre and Man Citeh on our doorsteps! You have Bradistan, Leeds, Doncaster...point proven.
  16. HAHAHA same old bitter yorkshire... We didn't shut up from the 1st minute to the last and you know it.... in fact we didn't shut up from 9.30am to 7pm Baaaaaaaaa
  17. Move along. It's common knowledge we have fantastic away support.
  18. Click on match live centre and the game will come up, then click on oldham athletic and the commentary will start. it's a new-look thing, baffled me at first
  19. Ah right, well this is done and dusted, hes off to York:censored:e in January
  20. £400,000...nice ammount, think we could get some more out of them...but are we going to get promotion without him? tbh, i doubt it PI$$ED OFF!!!
  21. We've officially (according to daily mirror transfer section) sold Lee Hughes to Donny for £400,000 and he'll be leaving us in January.
