A trio of his typical goals on here;
Cracker in there from a certain jon Worthington!
Always looked half decent to me Gardner. Looks the kinda player who gets his head down and drives which we only saw glimpses of last season.

Bolton signed a player today.... Are they not under transfer embargo as we were when we failed to pay ticket money?

Earlier in the season I posted somewhere where I explained that in my opinion he always seemed to be unsure on the type of 'forward' he was. He drifted out wide at times, deeper at times, tried to play off the shoulder but never really got himself inside the box. You could never doubt how much he wanted the ball but this was often in areas which didn't help us at all. At that point I would have said he was a no in terms of bringing him back in for a seconds season.
Since Shez came in, he's played much narrower, got himself in the box and not bothered to waste so much energy in areas of the park he didn't need to be in. He's looked more interested because it's got him involved more and got him a lot more chances which he's taken some off. I'd give him another season if we could get him in - if we play the right way, I think he can get 15+ a season -
I must be the only one to think there is a league 1 standard player in there.. His movements were generally very good. Time will tell i suppose.

Anybody ever asked Shez if it was a foul or not?

Reece Wabara released from Notlob
Connor Wilkinson can talk to other clubs.
No mention of Taylor is he still in contract?
released
Liam Trotter
Lewis Buxton
Tom Walker.
Jordan Slew released from Plymouth cost Blackburn £1 million once no wonder in trouble.
Did like wilkinson but he certainly hasn't kicked on. Not followed his career enough to know if that lack of opportunity or just another young wasted talent...Wabara always struck me as half decent going forward but not great defensively.

didn't we revert back to a back 3 in the second half though?

We beat Wigan to get to the second round this season.

VPN will work fine and if you go for a paid service you should get a relatively stable connection.
When all the details come out ill put some stuff together to assist the less technical. Working in IT has its benefits every now and again!

Is Stott a left footer or a natural left full back? Obviously I have not seen him live yet. Trying to work out if we need one more left back in next years squad.
He started out there against rochdale and tbh, he looked a little lost. Obviously thats not enough to judge him but from what I've seen, he looks much more comfortable in the middle.

Hate the league cup timing.
Great pre-season, half decent result first game, now go and get leathered by Middlesbrough.
What are we now.. 5 years without progressing a single round? Has anyone anywhere got a worse record in this competition over last 10 years or so?

Bruno Fornaroli (probably best A-League striker)
Isnt he a dance judge as well?

I used to have a lot of time for Wright but I personally don't want him back - it wouldn't surprise me if he came back.....
Personally, I'd like to see Shez and Shirtliff again as it certainly worked for us but I do wonder how Shirtliff felt about him bailing last year?
Murray back would be good but I'm not sure how much there is in the Wellens rumour. I know he's been around a few games but he's working as a pundit on GMR so that could explain that. I think Harbin returning is unlikely but I'd love to see it!

I would hope none of them want a rest. Saturday is the last kick about they will get for 3 months.
I agree in terms of the individual player - but Shez may feel it's more beneficial to not risk any serious injuries with key players and allow some of the lads who haven't played as much to get a game.
-
Is clarke going to finish the season and play every minute....or will he get a well deserved rest?

No excuse then to contact every person who donated and ask them if they want a refund....w

But your theory has as much substance to it as that story....

Jesus wept... Read my points or dont bother replying. I disagree with your thinking that not being in a full strength team means you shouldn't be kept on...
I think we can all agree he wasnt in the side...

Mac fluff, simply the most important kick and Fruitygoo thought the above worthy of a downboat
as you can imagine I could not care less but I challenge each of them to explain why a simple factual statement of what actually happened and what Sheridan decided to do so upsets them .
Didums... Did someone disagreeing with you upset you? Clearly you do care less..
Bother to read my reply and you may see why i disagree with you. Stott / edmondson weren't in the team last week either but that doesn't mean we should get rid of them does it?
Like I said... Your train of thought leads us to having a squad of 11 players.

Just to get back to the facts,I drafted the notes from the meeting they were agreed by all present (pro Corney/anti Corney/pro anti Corney).Nnn had no more influence over the meeting than anyone else who decided to attend the meeting. In the unlikely event today's theory is correct it is sad that someone has to post under another name on here to get their views across.
If the views are the same what's the point?

Pitch looked fine to me
There's patch on main stand side which is poor... Mclaughlin fell over trying to turn in a mound of sand but the rest doesn't actually look like it plays too badly now. It's just an excuse when teams at the top dont roll over a side at the bottom.
I'm yet to hear one manager praise our defense when its what... 3rd best in league?
General Election - 8th June 2017

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I think the Tories will still win by a landslide regardless of what polls say. What I've noticed this election is as soon as anybody on social media dares to saw that they are voting for the Tories, they're jumped on by keyboard warriors and vilified for their opinion. It reminds me of when anybody dared to say they were voting for 'Brexit' and similarly what happened in America when anybody risked saying they were going to vote for 'Trump'. I think this is the reason Polls are so far wide of the mark.....As soon as people get in that little private space - they can say what they want without fear of abuse. Just have to look at Brexit and Trump for that....
Corbyn will pack in as leader of Labour and all the MP's who've been right up his 'arris for the last 2 months will go back to saying how terrible he is.
Personally, I can't vote for a team that consists of Corbyn, Thornberry, Mcdonnel, Abbott and Long-Bailey.....
