no i would prefer they wear something good that doesnt appear tacky to be honest..
not that it particularly matters.. haha
-
You'd want them to be cold at games instead, no?

again it goes down to the club doing some leg work and asking females who attend games if they would buy a shirt....
again the club dont stock or sell womens style, which could mean missing out on extra income.
it all goes back to supply and demand,if the club wants to know ask, simple.totally understand them not stocking them if they dont know...
also why not sell pink ladies latics hats scarfs n gloves,we do blue furry dice for card why not pink furry ones for women
again could all be done around the charity and donate a percentage to the good cause.
i wouldnt want to see a girl wearing latics hats and gloves really

seeing this is annoying for me cause the people look like they have little regard for life and that they dont understand how it can be taken away so easily. someone off my course died on friday when they were hit by a bus and though i didnt really know them i know that its really upset some of my mates and no doubt his family. they couldnt anticipate his death and never could say anything they may have wanted to. also these people dont appear to think about the driver of the train and how there was a good chance that their lives could have been ruined if they had been hit

Sorry Oldham, no girls allowed
An astonishing plan to field the best woman footballer in the world was hatched by League One side Oldham, who intended to disguise her gender from their own players as well as the opposition.
Brazilian striker Marta, voted FIFA's top female player three years in succession, agreed to take part in the publicity stunt that was the brainchild of Oldham managing director Simon Corney and a TV production company, who wanted to make a documentary about whether a woman could hold her own in the men's pro game
is this a joke? cus i very much hope so or i will be soo embarrased of latics

am i right in thinking, if you are not connected to a club then you can still sign for a club outside the window?

I am also VERY disillutioned at the way we loyal fans get treated. In fact, I am seriously considering a boycot of the Leeds game. If I stay at home and watch on Sky, at least
1, I can sit in my normal seat
2, I won't be told that I have to watch it from a different room
3, The beer will be in date
4, I can have a cigarette if I so wish (not that I smoke in the house)
5, There will be no foul language in front of my son
6, It will be warm in my house
7, I have already paid for Sky
8, Car parking is free
9, I won't get muddy shoes going to my car
10, I will not run out of hot food at half time
Yes, we got a "discount" of £20 to pay us off for having to move to accomodate away fans, but I'd rather have paid the extra £20 and told them (like we are told when travelling) that there are only so many seats and once they are sold out, they are sold out - tough luck.
But NO - "we can do anything to our Loyal Hardcore and they'll always come back for more punishment" seems to be the Latics attitude sometimes.
good pointers i think the same also
-
i think some people are jealous of its popularity
-
Yes Hughes ! come on you should of scored more than 15 by now ! If only you had service
i hope your being sarcastic about the number of goals lee hughes should have scored by now... im not too good at reading sarcasm so apologies if you are
-
this is what will happen i think
i think your very pessimistic because we havent yet peaked i dont think and around this point in 2006/7 we had done so

And this is where I struggle to comprehend things as, presumably, must Shez.
We play with two wingers.
Eardley is an overlapping full back.
Whitaker is a clever player who links up superbly with the front players (at times).
Allott is our player of the year.
Maher is intelligent with the ball.
Taylor is (probably) our best player.
Windass is class.
Hughes is a lethal finisher.
i think what you say of danny whitaker and mark allott is very wrong, especially of mark allott
Why the hell can we not get it together 2 games running?
-
i think there is a lot of quality in league 1 this season and that we dont have good enough players in the centre of midfield. however if we dont lose lee hughes and or chris taylor this month, or we can find replacements for them, and we can find a player who wants the ball and has the confidence to move forward with it rather than sideward then we have chance. we would also need to get more consistency.. otherwise i think a play off position is something we should be happy with and to be honest that is what I hoped for at the start of this season.

Fleming - 7 - some decent saves, think he could have done better with the free kick though. (Admitedly I've only seen it live and want to see it again)
Lomax - 6 - Nothing wrong, nothing too great either.
Rubes - 6 - Average. A couple of good challenges a bit slow to others.
Gregan - 7 - Thought he did ok tonight. Bit guilty of lumping it, but so were others.
Taylor - 4 - Words "head", "chicken" and "less" need to be put together.
Allott - 4 - Sideways, backwards or not at all tonight. Poor. (But its a one off from him)
Whitts - 6 - Looked more likely than allott to do something, but thats not saying much.
Smalley - 5 - Effort, but little else.
Hughes - 6 - Worked hard, could (perhaps should) have scored with the header just wide in the 2nd half, but one of the better performers tonight.
Windass - 5 - Looked knackered.
sorry i cant agree with what you say of mark allott.. for me the vast majority of his performances could be defined in that way
-
Close the door on your way out.
Not fit to lick Taylor's boots. Taylor v Hughes - only one winner for me.
are you stupid?
