taylor has the potential to play at a much higher level than wellens, their styles are different but Id say taylor is on the up whereas wellens isnt going to get much better.

Im sorry but i bet it costs £1.50 to make a DVD with packaging these days. Selling them for a fiver each would be a great idea, or even having an online store where you could choose which games you want to buy on DVD, maybe making them downloadable to iPod aswell.

I can see some media advertising is gonna cost a fortune and not get many more supporters through the gates. I agree waste of money. What's wrong with a few posters in the town centre, I see nothing at all about upcoming games when I'm there, how much would that cost?

 

Maybe a club shop wouldn't be good business either but why not hire a few temps, get them in town promoting the game and get some tickets sold there, use the chrons newspaper stand near TJ Hughes, again something that wouldn't need to cost a fortune but I'm sure would get many more tickets sold and attendances higher.

Spot on mate, they need a few posters around the town centre and some people on the street promoting. Nobody outside the existing fanbase ever gets to hear about us other than in the Chron!

it'd be well worth breaking the bank for a player like Kavanagh. I remember him when he was playing for Cardiff in our division, an incredible midfielder.

dont forget we were playing leyton orient, and they were shockingly poor. We should be looking to beat teams like Sheff Wednesday next season (if they go down of course), i just think if smalley came up against any full back worth his coin, hed be carted into the stands.

i dont think we're ever going to get promoted relying on players like smalley or lids, theyre both nowhere near as good as taylor IMO. shez needs to pay whatever it takes to get a quality left sided midfielder, and stick taylor on the right.

id get rid of wolfy, kalala and thompson too.

i think its crucial that we make the smart signings, thats the best way for us to compete. We were first to figure out the Hughes situation, found a gem in the form of Davies over in Italy, and Hazell who was unwanted by Chesterfield? (at least i think it was chesterfield)

bring on next season, with the way we played yesterday with so many young players, the future can only be positive.

our pre season friendlies sound pretty good, im looking forward to the new season.

Liddell can take a good corner kick, which is a valueable asset when you look at our set pieces from this season.

Jarret, Livermore & Allott were fantastic today... Shez's hand might have been forced through injuries but i wouldnt mind seeing that system played again.
