I didn't expect that. Quite the fan of Philliskirk, despite not having a position for him he still has cropped up with some vital goals.

He has a chance to prove himself in league 1. If he can replicate league 2 form he will gain personally whether it be with us or someone else.

Voted for Sinfield, but the Davis cup swung it, Murray practically won it in his own so it was a great achievment.

Agreed - pretty much all we can do is put Poleon and MK boy on at some point. Cassidy has to tire having played very little, so there's Poleon's swap. Ras for Winch or Phili? Hope Jones is fit enough for 90 minutes.

If we could loiter around 10th there is always the hope of a late charge to 6th.

I've never had such little faith that I'll be entertained or we will win. I keep going in the hope that somethings will finally click, but whenever we feel that may happen we lose a manager, the players or just give up.

My favourite part of match day is the beer! The football is now 2 X 45 minute intermissions between good beer, :censored: beer, good beer!

Hang up the boots... I liked him as a player (for us) but he cAnt play with freedom with managerial responsibility.

On another point - this "crap" team are 2nd in the league.

 

He plays two proper strikers and gets the ball to them constantly, instead of a multitude of tip tapping midfielders.

Fuller if fit could be very useful. Are we ruined with continental 1 up front tactics?

Surely the whole point of the thread summed up.

He was average against Walsall (who could well get promotion) and Boro (who will win the Championship) but wasn't poor IMO. Something seemed to go wrong behind the scenes for the lad. Didn't have the chance to take his opportunity at Donny due to negative tactics but that role today is made for the lad. One negative for me is that he did have the chance to run at his man 1on1 a few times and looked to pass; I would like to see him back his running ability a little more. Excellent late runs into the box though and his shot won the corner for the goal. Well done lad.

I think the plan was to curb the "mazy" runs, pass the ball quicker and lose the defensive duties.
