    Haha funny you should ask that, (Look about 10 comments up! ) Yes I watched it on T.V, and when either of the 2 teams scored a try and a close up of the pitch was on it - it looked perfect. The big Co-op sign must be a pain in the arse for the groundsman mind...

    In all fairness the pitch looked the best I have ever seen it, it looked like a carpet.

    Well, considering I have a season ticket for this season shows that I am not one of the ones to blame for tiny crowds. And the money they will be getting from me is through the money Sky pay them (250 k?)from my £40 odd a month I pay to watch these things. I also have things to do and cannot spend 3 hours at BP whilst other areas of life have to be attended to, so even then I may only be able to watch (If I'm lucky!) 1 half.

    I would imagine they make a lesser profit margin and Nike will most probably take a cut in the sales.

    Would an inflatable ball really make that much of a difference? A solid footy travelling at over 40+MPH would knock the inflatable miles into the crowd, making someone spill there Bovril and sue the club for 1st degree burns.

    The kit and colour looks quality in the shop, but- all of them (What was left at 5 tonight, and maybe they will recall the rest of them? )have to be sent back because of the material they have used in the 'HILLSTONE DEVELOPMENTS' bit on the front, it runs in the wash the lady in the shop said. Poor material selection from Carlotti, nothing to do with the Mighty Latics. I'm just wondering when I'll get my shirt now!
