  1. I think Morais was decent when he came on first time but i think he tried to hard and tried shooting when there was a passing option. Whereas against 'Udders he was brilliant.
  2. Im all for having atmosphere. Thats why i love away days. The away fans are usually more up for a good day out and making noise. At home, players want us to be the 12th player. If that means us moving into a better stand so be it. But i can also understand that the chaddy end is tradition aswell. I dont mind personally because against huddersfield it was great atmosphere (even though others couldn't hear it) but also i'd love for the players to hear it and other fans.
  3. Atmosphere is really important in my opinion. Them players on the pitch love having the backing of the supporters.
  4. Good turnout for Bradford considered they've seen their club fall down the leagues.
  5. Absolutely. We dominated the first half and looked great at times in the second. I just wish Evina and Tonks would have scored there chances so it would of looked even better on paper.
  6. I love being sat in the chaddy. It's got a homely feel to it haha. I love it in there because its a briliant stand (in my opinion). Its better than being stuck in the RRE with 12 year old chavs giving it the biggun. Although it was rather good atmosphere in the chaddy saturday even if it the noise wasn't heard.
  7. I said this in another thread. We have a brilliant manager who's honest and not afraid to change things if somethings not happening. Ok, accrington was a blip but we've gone unbeaten at home so far. We've gone to places like Brighton and give them a really good game. I can't stress enough how much it does my head in that many people don't choose to come to Boundary Park. Ok it has 3 stands and could be considered 'embarrasing' but how 'embarrasing' would it look if we went into Administration? I suggest the stayways think twice about staying at home in their armchairs doing bollocks all and instead get behind there team and then realise that this football we play is worth the money. I just wish people would get to BP and support their team.
  8. Honestly, I could understand people not going last year as we played terrible football and didn't have alot going for us and then ended up in a relegation battle towards the end of the season. This season so far, is totally a different story. We should of got a few more points, but we are playing brilliant football and sometimes don't get the credit we deserve. It's hard times for us and we need to help the club in every way possible.
  9. Brilliant post. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/e...v_2/9171824.stm Them highlights show that we are a threat this season. You stayaways are really missing out. We have a brilliant manager who's honest and not afraid to change things if somethings not happening. Ok, accrington was a blip but we've gone unbeaten at home so far. Rant over. *EXHAUSTED* Anthony Keep the faith
  10. Well said. Couldnt of put it better myself. I've enjoyed myself alot this season. I'd rather have two stands aswell, it improves atmosphere. especially in the chaddy. Recently it has had a tiny bit of atmosphere but yesterday was pretty darn good. Next game for me is also rochfail. Missing the exeter game because im off to a gig - Anthony - keep the faith
  11. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/e...v_2/9171824.stm Impresses me with each interview. Such a honest guy.
  12. I agree. We made quite a bit of noise in the chaddy. Apparently it didnt carry ah well. I certainly enjoyed it anyway. Football league show highlights are terrible. We had loads of shots, and all it had to show was the goal.
  13. Tbh i would just like them to sort the club out and save us. and give the club a bright future.
  14. I'm not gonna anything about them games. I thought we would of won Accrington but we didnt. I HOPE we get the wins but im not under-estimating the opposition.
  15. Hahaha cool dude. My NHL team are St Louis Blues. got a thumping the other night against Blue jackets though 8-1 Latics comes first always
  16. OFF TOPIC: But i love your avatar. Is that a manchester phoenix logo? I used to go and watch them, not anymore though. I used to be a Manchester Storm fan aswell.
  17. The lad has a brilliant touch and is a very fast player. If he can improve on his shooting i think he'll be a regular goalscorer for us.
  18. Udders fans were very quiet today. Even before we scored. Had a very bad feeling about this match before the game and how they'd outsing us. Turned out quite the opposite. ;)
  19. I understand that haha, it really does fustrate me. Were playing great football. Like today, was a great atmosphere and a brilliant hard fought game. I just wish the stayaways would realise what there missing.
  20. I've said it before. Were playing great fast-flowing football. Today just shows how much determination we have and how the team has a great spirit about it. I saw the huddle at the end of the game and i smiled. The team worked very hard today. Were unbeaten at home and at times were playing some of best football i've seen us play in a long long while. Get behind your team and support the almighty latics. Thanks. - Anthony - Keep the faith
  21. I was hoping Jones would of smacked his chance in after a great run. Would of boosted his confidence.
  22. As did I. Im in the chaddy end every game, but today was really good atmosphere and it'd be great if it was like that more often.
