I along with a few others off this board met Sarah and Amber before the game at the White Hart. They are lovely people and just wanted to watch Latics play. They were not drunk and didn't seem particularly bothered about seeking any publicity,I guess it is up to the media if they wanted to interview them. I heard that Penney was the one who banned them from seeing the players which I can understand before a game.I do not know the full tale so I will not comment further but they looked very disappointed just before the game. Once again we seem to have some immature pr***s on this board who like to judge people without actually meeting them.

Passion,positivity and the ability that we do have will bring the results and put a smile back on our faces.

I have total faith that Joe will turn us in to a team who play exciting football and score goals and I am fed up with the negativity that still resides on this board and the people on here who think their judgement is better than Joes. I have absolutely no problem with Hughes going as he was just seeing out time anyhow and was never going to sign that contract.I want to see players who want to play and succeed with Oldham Athletic,players who want to do well with us.I believe in the hunger of youth and I believe that it is more the experienced players who have let us down this season.Hughes had plenty of faults-ball control was terrible,most offsides in the division,getting booked for gobbing off at refs,terrible penalty taker,yes he scored goals but he has also missed plenty and can be a liability at times. We will see more passion and positivity under Royle and players will play with a smile on their face,better teamwork and we will see a lot of the bad habits that we have seen this season gradually lessen. And for those who have already judged Kabba as another crap loan player.mark my words he will come good. Will we get in the play offs,well we will give it a go,and we may just do it,but we need everyone to get behind every player who puts on a Latics shirt,the fans have a big say in this.

Spot on Leeblue72 and I would just like to add 'A positive attitude' It would be good to see our central midfield players actually going into the penalty box especially when we are behind.

It was very long so I haven't read it all but I get the gyst of it.So many clubs have been in a similar boat and most seem to battle their way through it due to the strength of the fans.We at Oldham certainly can understand what it means to fight for our a football club.A club is bigger than any player,manager or chairman,the fans will always be its strength. Loved the videos.The passion is superb,recognised the big guy who I met when he visited latics. Reminded me of those great pre season trips over to Ireland:Ballymena,Lisburn,Portadown,Waterford and the great night out in the club at Cohb Ramblers.
