    I really don't understand calls for Black to be brought back into the team or that Mellor isn't a left back. He struggles positionally but so does Black. He gives us so much going forward where as Black offers nothing. Distribution and first touch both quality. Also he is strong in the air. Black was targeted aerially on numerous occasions last season and it cost us. Sheff Wednesday at home and Saints at home spring to mind. Keep playing Mellor there but offer him more protection.

    I lived in Archways the first year it went up before living on eccy road for 2 years. Great city.

    Huddersfield have signed Danny Ward on a 3 year deal. Great signing.

    In my opinion Hazell was our best player yesterday. He won everything in the air and kept 2 experienced strikers totally quiet. He does have his high profile clangers, but he never misses a game and has proved to be an excellent signing.

    I mentioned it on the way to the ground, just think he has been fantastic in the pre season games i've seen. He seems to be vocal too. He would be one of the first names on the team sheet for me too. The perfect foil for Stephens.
