Hi all This Saturday (9th Sept) at the match vs Dorking, the team from Greater Manchester Blood Bikes will be around the stadium collecting and answering any questions people have about the valuable work we do. We are a team of around 60 who all volunteer and give up our time free of charge to transport Blood, Platelets, Medication and Donor Breast Milk between Hospitals around the Greater Manchester area. We receive no central funding so all monies we collect will be used to help keep our fleet of motorbikes and 2 cars on the road to save the NHS thousands per year. Saves money as need less stewards and also probably less Police as you aren't mixing fans in the same stand so no need for stewards in the divide. Johnson and the players have said the crowd seem more vocal when we are all together. Lets all get behind the lads as it seems they definately need it!!!

The 45-year-old was appointed caretaker boss in January after the departure of Glenn Roeder, before being named permanent manager in May. After being relegated last season, City began life in League One with a 7-1 defeat by Colchester United, their heaviest ever loss at home. Assistant manager Ian Butterworth has been put in temporary charge. Canaries' chief executive David McNally told the club's website: "The board, after lengthy consideration, unanimously felt a change was in the best interests of all parties concerned. "Our goal this season remains unchanged. We want to be promoted and the next manager of Norwich City will have that as his number one priority." Gunn spent almost 12 years at Norwich as a player, between 1986 and 1998, and made more than 400 appearances.
