I'm getting bored of waiting for news of a new player, just wanted to know peoples opinions on when we're actually going to sign someone. I was wondering if the reason we haven't signed anyone yet is cos we would have to pay wages straight away, but while they're on trail nothing to be paid

I Seriously don't think this would happen, he's more likely to shoot bck off to Germany. I also don't think he would drop to league one

The club have stated that we are in some debt, but nothing to worry about and a lot better off than most clubs in the Country. So if ppl keep coming through the gates, we're careful in the way we spend money etc... we'll survive for a at least a few more year

haha! we sold kids in recent years for 500k and the likes of Eardley for around that mark, hence why I said 500k

We are never in a million years going to get 1 million for Dale Stephens, I wish we could hold out for that kind of money. It is more likely to be 600k with 50% going to Bury correct? So realistically we'll get 300k which will just disappear in a matter of months, what with wages etc...

What I would do is find out if they are making a good profit or being over charged, if being over charged make them a better offer. If they're making a profit, suggest to them to lower their prices. At the end of the day you're going to make more money if you have them on board being the offical supplier sounds much better and would be better for the club. Also think about getting adverts in the programmes, if latics fans know about what you can offer they're more likely to buy your stuff. Get yourself a website if you're planning on making into a business, if you need help with that side of things message me as I'm possibly going to kick start off my own web development company. Anoother thing you could look into not sure if they have them in oldham or rochdale, but have them in Manchester and Leeds stall in shopping centres that sell canvas prints or do them within 1 hour for you to pick up.

Also depends on the % you could be talking about 1% or you could be talking about 30% to be given to playershare, contact latics about it and see if they will do any deals
