Okay it mite have already been mention on this one already but what does this part of the accounment mean "Upon completion, the club would then sign a long-term lease with the local authority." Does this mean we won't own the actual ground and wil be renting much like city???

It say made available to out on laon, but that doesn't me he is going to! I reckon DP want him to go out on loan to a league 2 side for 3 months, get sum 1 team action, prove that he can play with the big boys and not just at Man u's reserves. Once he has done this I reckon he'll come bck to the fold get a few games under DP and get a new contract for another 2 years. Plus when and if he goes out on laon this would free up sum extra money in wages, which i reckon will be used on getting a loan player in for 3 months or so, probably a striker! Just going of what I know of DP and how he works, or have I gone off on one??

Right, Let me just get my opinion across. 1. From a few youtube, videos I've seen he is a good, tidy player and the manager wouldn't have borught him if he thought he was a bad player. 2. He is a left back and we all have been moaning how Lomax isn't good enough, and we don't have a left back and we need one. Now we do and you're still mioaning, without even seening him play. Give the lad a break!! 3. We got him for free and won't be on a lot of money, so a good signing in that way! 4. After all of this moaning, about how he isn't good enough he'll probably become one of our best players. Just wacth, it always happens! 5. GIVE THE LAD A CHANCE! DON'T GET ON HIS BACK STRAIGHT AWAY!

I would love to see him back here, but I think he would want a good wage. Would Penny want to lash out money on him? Or pay lower wages on younger talnet?

Personally i would offer Gregan a new one year contract at the very least, but try to get his wages down a tad! After all he is still a very good defender and organiser, which is wot we have always and will always need in our team. I fink Allott will stay, but the rest are likely to go! I woudl defo get rid of Wolfie, he had pace when i first saw him but he doesnt even seem to have that anymore, he is too small to be a target man and hasnt scored enough in the reserves to impress me. So get rid!
