Flitcroft has been approached by two clubs and he has already turned one of those clubs down. Neither club was Oldham.
-
I've been told Clarke to Scunthorpe could be on.
-
He's a smoker? Is there any evidence of this or is it just a vicious rumour?
There's clearly a footballer in there. He's far more positive than most of our backwards and sideways players, but something just wasn't right for OAFC and Winchester.
It would be unfair to pin the blame on either Corney or Robinson as several managers have questioned his attitude and his fitness over the years.
It's a shame my lasting memory of him will be his assist for Lincoln in the FA Cup, but good luck to the lad.

On route back now, absolutely horrendous, the 2 goals papered over the cracks of a really unhappy away following.
Get rid of Reckord absolute joke of a footballer, Burgess is piss poor in the air, ball at his feet n soft as s**t in a challenge, Green's legs gone completely, Banks a :censored:house, Winchester not got it cant keep giving him chances, Erwin a pampered Championship player with a shocking attitude and I will carry Ladapo on my back to Palace tomorrow he's a pathetic excuse of a centre forward....apart from that lost for words
A braver man than most for making the trip, especially with it being on the box.

The embargo will be lifted, the weaklings can go, to be replaced by stronger characters such as Gerrard.
With all due respect, we'd need more than an unfit Anthony Gerrard to turn our fortunes around.
-
':censored:ing moron'? Classy.
-
I will spell it out for you, we won't be in January.
OK, Simon.
-
Keep these shirkers and we are going down.
And replace them with who? I'll spell it out if you like - we are under a transfer embargo.
-
What's all this 'he can go back' :censored:? And replace them with who, exactly? We can't sign anyone.
And if you believe what you hear, we aren't even paying the parent clubs for their services.
-
hopefully gets the sack, cant go on like this
And replace him with who? A manager who can't sign any players? And pay him off with what money?
-
Only Erwin and especially Croft with any credit there! Ladapo is terrible, what does he actually offer the team?
Erwin? That's being very, very generous.
-
What now for oafc?
Oxford away on Saturday.
-
Ridiculous and undeserved though it would have been that should have been abandoned
Cameras can be deceiving.
I'm still not convinced we scored twice.
-
This is disgusting. I feel dirty, embarrassed and ashamed.
Embarrassed and ashamed? Fair enough.
But dirty?
-
This is fun.
-
Home win.
-
Then they are brain dead pricks. The blame lies with one person and his fork stabbing mates.
How do you mute posters?
-
Idiotic comment.
It was a question.
-
We should blame the club, the brain dead ground staff. Note.. NOT Corney.
Who employs the ground staff?
-
Double post.
-
Phew. That statement has put my mind at rest.
Business as usual, then.

From the Trust's own website:
'Protecting the future of Oldham Athletic
With a seat on the board, Trust Oldham is in a key position to ensure a debacle similar to that of the Chris Moore Era will never happen again unnoticed. We continue to work alongside the club to help build a solid and stable business with supporters at its heart to ensure professional football continues within Oldham.'
Very much looking forward to a statement from the Trust to reassure the supporters - the same supporters who are at the heart of the Trust - that they are doing everything possible to build a solid and stable business for the future.
-
"Unnoticed"
Working alongside the club to help build a solid and stable business with supporters at its heart.
You couldn't make it up, could you?

Interesting that he was offered another job. We can only presume it was the Northampton job. It makes you wonder if the Eardley signing was actually Sheridan's?
