  1. Looking forward to it. A good day out and hopefully 3 more precious points
  2. Fully agree "everything that Saturday wasn't!" Only concern is that the players seem to perform when they want. Not a great comment in them. Can they reproduce consistently for 9 more games? Lets all hope so and get behind Lee Johnson's blue and white army!!!
  3. Lee Johnson is now statistically Oldham's greatest manager of all time! Mongs of doom will now hopefully pipe down for a while!
  4. 100% agree! Bouzy and Big Jean showed passion. As did Simpson when he came on. Rest were poor and some were embarrassing!
  5. Croft is unfit. He is blowing after 60 minutes. Not good enough for a professional. He is at least a stone overweight. But then he has been continually picked so the problem has not been resolved by the management.
  6. Smith or Reid - case closed!!! Some with faces as red as a baboons backside for some previous comments after Sundays evidence
  7. Bet he isn't there for Yeovil next Tuesday night!
  8. I see Smith's stock is rising. Last week he was being compared to that useless lard arse Reid and now he is being compared to a Champions League / Premier League experience striker. Fully agree with previous comments, used correctly he is a real asset!
  9. Whilst we would all love to see Oldham put in a performance and get something from the game. It is actually a double edged sword, as if we do produce a good performance and / or a decent result, after the jubilation and euphoria had calmed down, it would question even more how these players can have 1 point from 24 and be hurtling towards League 2?
  10. Whatever Smith's shortcomings, he always puts a shift in and if we played so that others can feed off his flick ons, we might pose more of a goal threat. However, to compare him to that useless lump of lard Reid is an insult. He was lazy, injury prone and a coward on the pitch. Noticed last year he was a centre forward who never headed the ball. Made a point the next game to count how many times he headed the ball. He was subbed after 62 minutes having not once headed the ball. Never challenged, other than shoving his large posterior in the direction of the defender. Also most of his goals were penalties. Other than that I am a big fan of his. And breathe.......
  11. Sunday is nothing compared to Chesterfield last year. And before that QPR away in the play offs. Defeat that night caused the break up of our only quality team since 1994. That night was a miserable journey home! Knowing we had missed promotion and Moore was going to dismantle team that summer.
  12. Reid is not good enough! I watched him closely in the Bournemouth game and he never headed the ball once in his 60+ minutes on the park. There will be far better players available this summer than him!
