The Kid will be good enough no doubt, I say he will be one of the best in our division in a few years. I do agree however he could do with resting. He gets nobbled and bashed about and it throws him. I say play Connor Brown right back and Byrne centre to see how that pans out V Pompy. Rest Tarky and let him go again in a couple of weeks.

Absolutely spot on. When we were in the :censored: in the Riche era when we beat Reading to stay up, we had a very weak side, not much in the way of football going on, however we still has atmosphere, people still chanted the names of the players, still sang if we were losing and got behind the team at all times. We need to get behind the team and the gaffer if we are to survive again in the typical Latics fashion we are accustomed to! We need to be the 12th man!!!!

In without a doubt. We get rid of PD, who do we bring in exactly? Ithink back to the Talbot, Penney Eras, we get rid, whats to say this won't happen again. We would then be royally up the creek.The season is 3 games old. Granted it's a slow start but it's not enough to warrant a sacking, Even after 10 games I think this is a little extreme. We need stability in the dugout, on the pitch and in the stands- getting rid would de-rail the season and would see us relegated. It's going to be a really tough season but the gaffer needs backing not booing.
